Generally very good and normally I would award 5 stars.
However, recently a payment was declined although there was more than enough to cover the transaction. The bald statement "Declined" needs further amplification to useful.

I had the same experience as everyone. I found the easiest and quickest way to get a refund was to threaten them with the Federal Trade Commission. They then offered 25%, then 50%, and finally100% refund.
