Beware!

While I think Sleep &Soap's products are decent their customer service is deplorable. I purchased two pillows, found they were too soft and returned them exactly as specified. Later I was told the return would not be granted because there was " hair and lint" on them which is emphatically untrue. I have written to customer service twice defending myself and wanting proof but they have failed to respond to me. Now they still have the pillows and my money. Outrageous. Avoid this company fellow shoppers.

Nice product, customer service just OK

Very nice product but there was very little communication after I placed my order about dispatch, delivery etc. If I had not contacted Wild, I have not idea how long it would have taken to get my product.

Just booked my first ever cruise with Michelle. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and worked really hard to find me a great deal. Having never been on a cruise Michelle told me what to expect with regards to flights, tipping, meals, cabins and excursions. She was amazing!

Dreadful customer service— be warned

Emma Sleep may have a decent mattress but their customer service is beyond appalling. My mattress was delayed due to an availability issue which I was never informed or updated about. Two weeks later a mattress shows up at my front door— no notification from Emma— nothing. All I got was a text from UPS the day before that was so unprofessional it looked like a scam so I didn’t open it. On the day of the unannounced delivery, UPS refused to take my old mattress even though I had paid for it stating they knew nothing about it. Emma of course denied all responsibility or accountability. Abominable customer service.

Matt Newbury is great!! I

I recently had 4 hours of lessons with Matthew Newbury. I learned to drive in the U.S and have been driving for 20 years so I had very specific things I needed to learn. I have had driving lessons before with male instructions and both of my past experiences were awful--the male instructors were arrogant, condescending and unsupportive. I told Matt this and I have to say I had the exact opposite experience with Matt. He was kind, supportive, patient and taught me exactly what I needed to know to give me confidence to pass my test. Don't hesitate to book a lesson with Matt--you won't regret it.

I despise this company

I despise this company. They shut down my station at least once a month forcing me onto a rail replacement bus. Do you consider for one minute Southeastern that some of us work weekends and worse weekend nights shifts? Do you really think I want to be stuck on one of your hellish buses for an extra 45 minutes after I just worked a 12 hour night shift?? Why can’t you do your works at night?? I work nights why cant you? Why do you think it’s perfectly ok to screw up someone’s commute and cost me precious sleep because you can’t get your act together and maintain your tracks. Are you going to reimburse me for the £200 I’ve spent this year getting cabs home because I’m

Don’t shop here. Move on

Please heed my warning fellow shoppers...

Wayfair’s customer service is beyond awful. They have no regard for how their abominable service impacts its customers nor do they value your business or loyalty.

Back in January I purchased a Chesterfield sofa and was told it was “ hand made” and would be ready for delivery in March. Well March came and went as has April, May and half of June and still no sofa. No apologies, no explanations. I finally went to the Lounge Co ordered 2 lovely sofas which will be delivered in 2 weeks. Yesterday I cancelled the Wayfair order and for my trouble and the fact that I have been sitting on the floor for the last 6 months waiting for my sofa to arrive they decided to “ compensate” me by offering me 10% off one item on my next order. Really Wayfair???? Do they really think I’ll every shop there again? Frankly it’s beyond insulting. Great service recovery Wayfair. Well done. You just lost a customer.
