Bought a beautiful Christmas door wreath. Excellent quality and a great price too. Communication was very good, kept updated when dispatched and when delivery would be made and it was fast delivery too. Very impressed with the whole process.

I have used Sterling FX many times for travel money and they always have the best exchange rates. I always tell friends to go there too if they need foreign currency. Staff are always friendly and helpful and online communication is good.

Called EDF and spoke to a very nice customer service assistant called Lee. He was very polite, friendly and helpful and he reassured me that my query would be resolved very shortly. Great service from Lee.

Where to start! The person who delivers to us is awful, doesn’t follow instructions that are clearly on my account details. On Monday 7 July he left 2 parcels outside my door, didn’t even wait to see if anyone was in when he knocked and walked off. Above 2 parcels were then stolen because he didn’t deliver to my safe space. Complained on chat to Evri, asked for a phone call, got an email. Replied to said email asking for a call from customer service - still waiting. Shocking service all round to be honest, and if I could I’d have given no stars.

The guy that delivers to us is useless. Never waits to see if you are in and just leaves parcels on your doorstep and doesn't follow instructions to deliver to a neighbour. Had 2 parcels stolen on 7 July and still waiting for a phone call that I requested, but I got an email instead! Shocking service all round really.

Great price on the product I needed and delivery time was fast. I would definitely purchase from Chemist Direct again.

Clearabee came to collect our old sofas. We were kept informed by text and email of the collection time slot and also got messages when they were 20 minutes away. Arrived when they said they would. Very friendly and polite staff and excellent service.
