Was searching for a present for a gardener who has everything and came across the metal circular herb drying rack which was perfect. The item was made of substantial metal, and although flat packed was very easy to put together. It will look perfectly at home in a very upmarket greenhouse with herbs and flowers or is decorative as it is.

Customer service has much improved of late, emails get a reply or even a phone call quite quickly, same day or next day where it used to be weeks. Daniel was charming and knowledgeable and not in a hurry. We had a thorough review of my solar options, answered all my questions and made useful suggestions to enhance my use of the app and explored any benefits I may be entitled to.

Good competitive price for item, easy to order online even for an old duck like me. Best thing is reliable and accurate estimation of delivery time with easy to access updates. Firms that think you have nothing better to do than wait in all day really make me cross.

Have been with Ovo for about ten years and find them friendly but efficient. Prices are competitive, they source green energy and communicate and explain any changes clearly. My only reservation is that their SEG department is slow to respond but I have been reassured improvements are under way.

Despite much criticism of your company I have to say my local courier is excellent, always put my parcels in my safe place and is courteous and friendly

System generally works well, much easier to order online than taking paper prescriptions to surgery. Pharmacy staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I usually a week or so in advance as there have been supply problems with one or two of my items.
