We rented a Nissan NV200

We rented a Nissan NV200, which was great to sleep in. All the cooking/camping gear that followed was good to use.
Even though we had some problems with the car, we are satisfied with the whole experience, because the rent.is crew handled everything well and quickly so we could continue our journey.

I wanted to pay for parking in Aarhus

I wanted to pay for parking in Aarhus. I normally used EasyPark and I was always happy with it, but this time it didn't work, so I downloaded ParkPark. I just wanted to pay for this one time but when I got the receipt I realised that there was also a monthly subscription of 29 kr?! Furthermore, I couldn't pay wit my bank card but suddenly I also had a RivertyPay account (never heard of it) which I had to use for the payments?!

Ok, I paid for everything and wanted to delete all those accounts trough the apps, but of courses that didn't work for ParkPark so I sent an email to their customer support and they deleted my account.

Now, almost one month later, I received an email from ParkPark (but the headline says Riverty) with a monthly subscription receipt to pay?! Really, after I received an email almost one month ago that my account was deleted?!

Scammers! Don't rent a car from them!

They accused me of damaging the car I rented. I didn't notice the damage when I was picking up the car because it was down under the car, barely visible, but I'm sure that it was already there, because I would certainly notice if I did that damage, and it is impossible that someone else did it while the car was parked.

They charged me additional 280,40 euros for that!!

So, that is obviously their business model. Renting cars with barely noticeable damages, and then taking money from people who don't notice them - I saw that also in other reviews, before I started writing this one.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for hiring a car from Leasys. We are very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the service that you received.

We have checked our records and see that the damage in question was to the side sill and was not, as you claim, difficult to see. In fact, the sill was indented and mis-shapen from some sort of impact.

We do give all of our customers (who have not contracted full cover) a comprehensive condition report of the car detailing any minor damages that we have recorded, their location and a description. This document also explains what is considered a chargeable damage and what is within the level of courtesy that we allow. This way, the customer can check the car themselves before accepting it in order to be completely satisfied as to the condition of it before they drive off. This way, should any unfortunate damages happen, both the customer and our team know that not only have we checked the car but that they have also been given a full copy of our records to check.

Again, we are sorry if you feel unhappy but we hope that you will understand that as well as being our responsibility to keep complete and accurate records of the condition of all of our cars (which we work very hard to do), every customer has the opportunity to be sure that they agree with the condition before hiring it.

The box that my order came in was…

The box that my order came in was destroyed with a hole in it, but still, the items were packed separately so I suppose that didn't matter so much.

What bothers me is that one of the items I ordered was a wallet that looked like it has already been used, or just poorly made. The color looked faded, there were a few stains on it, and the glue leaked from the zipper at one spot. I wouldn't complain if it was a few $ wallet from eBay, but if I paid 209 DKK for it, then I expected some quality, and therefore I sent them an e-mail with photos of the package and the wallet, and wrote that I would like to return it and get a refund for it, but I didn't want to pay 49 DKK for the shiping, because it was not my fault that I received a defect item.

That was 3 weeks ago, and shortly after I sent the e-mail, they canceled my payment, so I tought that they would answer and do something about the whole thing, but NO...today, after 3 weeks, without answering to my e-mail, they just took the money for the whole order again, from my account, probably hoping that I wouldn't notice?!?

I don't recommend

I don't recommend! I booked a flight for 3000 kr, and after 5 months of waiting on a refund and speaking with their customer service several times, I got an e-mail that my refund is completed, but they refunded only 137 kr!!!?! Now they closed their telephone lines so I can't even reach them anymore! I will send an e-mail but I don't expect to get answer very soon :(
