The produce is lovely. But it arrived so late, even though web said 'order in time for Christmas '. When I realised it hadn't even left the supplier, I tried to cancel as these were Christmas gifts. Got absolutely nowhere. Tried calling, no joy. Parcel arrived in the New Year.

Disappointed with inconsistent sizing and then not being able to exchange. In other words, I have to re purchase and if I only want to buy that item, it'll incur postage I also note that as a return, I'll receive less than what I originally paid. Pity, because the clothes are good quality.

Delivery came within time promised, product excellent quality, price was very reasonable given the quality. At the time I purchased the bench, there was a complimentary cover included. This was another thing that helped tempt me! The cover is also of a high quality, so I am delighted with this purchase in every way and will definitely be recommending Garden Trends.
