Nice product delivery swift. Unfortunately one item broken. However, was immediately replaced without question.

Colin and his staff very helpful. Obtained product needed within 24 hours and fitting completed with systems reprogrammed as necessary all in a very short time.

Ordered Monday night for delivery Wednesday and delivered on time for sons birthday.

Determined replacement handle size required from website, ordered and received well within timescale suggested. Good service. Shame the handle broke within 2 years in the first place.

Would like to see more choice for cards specifically titled for grandchildren. Also when filtering with selection with age range also specified do not want to see items not matching the filter setting

Tom was very helpful on Monday last and whilst my wife and I had only been seeking additional information on a cruise, his knowledge and help led us to booking our trip of a lifetime.

Found the product online as needed to have a small collapsible/foldable desk in room where we have grandchildren’s’ beds. Was previously an office until I retired but still need a desk in a smaller space which can be removed and easily stored when children visit.

Having waited 4 months for battery from another supplier was then told they were unable to source the product.
I was therefore most impressed to order from Battery Shop on Saturday and receive the correct battery for an old V6 Dyson the Tuesday after.

MOT was booked online and on arrrival at centre staff were expecting me. Car was taken straight away for the test.
Took the opportunity to visit local convenience store to get some provisions and on return car was just being returned to parking bay. Work completed in good time and staff, in particular Colin, very courteous and helpful explaining the only advisory re front brake pads showing limited life but sufficient to last until vehicle returned to dealer.
