Broken Luggage
AirAsia handled badly and broke our checked-in luggage during our flight. We have submitted the proof and necessary info needed. Somehow AirAsia decided that they have the right to break a luggage and somehow that it is not their fault that my fully functioning solid luggage is now broken. I do not accept this. I gave you my luggage and you broke it. I want compensation!

We order an american fridge from Mediamarkt website. We stated that we have 10 stairs before entering the house. Our order was approved and we were assigned a delivery costing 40 euro.
When the delivery arrived, the logistics company informed us that they cannot take the fridge 10 stairs and we need a lift. They told us that mediamarkt did not inform them about the stairs.
We called mediamarkt and they accept it is not our fault as we mentioned the stairs. However they want to charge us again the delivery fee of 40 euro.
There is no clear instruction or a note from the system that we need a lift. As we did not have the contact of delivery we dont even know how we would ask for a lift.
This is a joke as we did each step right and mediamarkt did not give right information to logistics company for the stairs.
I want my second delivery fee back!!!!
I also had no fridge and my food had to go to trash because of this!!!
I spent over 3.000 euro to mediamarkt this month and their customer centricity is a JOKE!!!!

Nous commandons un réfrigérateur américain sur le site Web de Mediamarkt. Nous avons déclaré que nous avons 10 marches avant d'entrer dans la maison. Notre commande a été approuvée et nous avons reçu une livraison d'un montant de 40 euros.
Lorsque la livraison est arrivée, la société de logistique nous a informés qu'elle ne pouvait pas prendre le réfrigérateur 10 marches et que nous avions besoin d'un ascenseur. Ils nous ont dit que mediamarkt ne les avait pas informés des escaliers.
Nous avons appelé mediamarkt et ils acceptent que ce n'est pas de notre faute car nous avons mentionné les escaliers. Cependant, ils veulent nous facturer à nouveau les frais de livraison de 40 euros.
Il n'y a pas d'instruction claire ou de note du système indiquant que nous avons besoin d'un ascenseur. Comme nous n'avions pas le contact de livraison, nous ne savons même pas comment nous demanderions un ascenseur.
C'est une blague car nous avons fait chaque étape correctement et mediamarkt n'a pas donné les bonnes informations à la société de logistique pour les escaliers.
Je veux récupérer mes deuxièmes frais de livraison !!!!
Je n'avais pas non plus de réfrigérateur et ma nourriture devait aller à la poubelle à cause de cela !!!
J'ai dépensé plus de 3 000 euros pour mediamarkt ce mois-ci et leur orientation client est une BLAGUE !!!!

BIG SCAM
I ordered flowers to surprise my aunt for her birthday.
The address and the name was right in the order, however. DHL did not see the exact name on the bell and did not try any possible solution and did not deliver the flower. I also had an alternative delivery spot.
euroflorist told me that there is nothing they can do - if it is not delivered it is not delivered- where is my flower, where is my money??
After I pushed, they told me DHL will then leave it to the alternative spot. Then everything stopped. It has been a week, nobody answers my emails, DHL page does not update the status.
You as a website offer us a solution to make our loved ones happy. Instead you gave us stress and negativity!!!
You should me more concerned about your customers' happiness and satisfaction. You cant just say it is what it is.
I want a reimbursement, for your low level of customer service and the stress you gave me since a week!
The birthday is gone and my aunt is without flowers!!!
EDIT FOR YOUR REPLY: You only have a copy paste message you write everywhere. You have lack of customer service!!! All the rest of the comments sho the same, you take your money and do not take responsibility!
I was informed by your team that my delivery would take place to the alternative location I put in the system, what happened to that? Now they tell me sorry we will check with DHL - after a week???.
I want my REIMBURSEMENT.
