Price hike!!
I have a subscription for the multivitamins and have been using them for a couple of years with no problem. My latest payment has just been taken and the price has gone up massively, £11.95 to £16.95! No email or anything on the website with a warning or information of any kind. Very sneaky and poor customer service.

Awful customer services.
Absolutely terrible customer service and returns process. My return is stuck at Uk customs even though I filled out the correct paperwork (x3 copies on the front of the parcel).The tracking says UPS have contacted The Outnet but it’s still sitting there so they obviously haven’t responded. After reading the reviews it seems the only way I will be able to get a refund is to open a case with PayPal. Please think carefully before using this company as returning anything is a nightmare. Such a shame as they used to be a reputable company but they have now lost me as a customer.

Awful customer service!!
Awful customer service! I ordered a pair of trainers at the beginning of November and they never arrived. I contacted customer services to be told I had to wait 28 days for an investigation to take place?! I’m now on day 30 and just keep getting emails saying they are having technical difficulties and to try again in a few hours.
I’m now over £90 out of pocket and this was a Christmas present for my daughter. Awful company, avoid. Very stressful and upsetting as this is a lot of money to me.

Missing order
I never received my item and no refund has been issued yet. It apparently takes a month for this to be looked into, meanwhile I have no goods and I’m out of pocket by nearly £100.

Great website with good choice of higher end products. Being able to pay with Clearpay was great. I haven’t received my order yet as only placed it a couple of days ago, but it was dispatched quickly.
