I am updating a review that i published in November . I have purchased many products from 5 star . Until the issue with the NOS zippers I sent in exchange for a certain A2 their sewrvice and quality was amazing . Update , after a few months after my negative review , five star stepped up and sent me a custom made jacket that was nearly perfect . For the price , their quality is amazing . I own original A2s, B3s g8s ,Anjs ets from many suppliers including lost worlds , eastmans , aero and goodwear and Fivestar is truely one of the best value /quality offering .

I am a returning customer with this company . I purchased over 6 plus products in the past 2 years and now suddenly their customer service sucks . I SENT FARGHAM and Shawn Zippers from WW2 as they requested in exchange for custom jackets . They kept my Crown zippers and did nothing in exchange . THEIR CONDUCT IS NOTHING SHORT OF BEING COMMON THIEVES. I sent the requested NOS zippers in October and it is now Jan. They have ignored over 12 emails even after I have purchased over 6 jackets several wallets and gloves .

This is a scam . the company never responds . their reviews are fake !!! I have left several different reviews and yet none are illustrated on their website . I have contacted their customer service and have been equally ignored.

If I could rate Yelp as a ZERO I would . there are many choices for businesses today on the internet and a small business should always strive to pick the most ethical and honest company , YELP is not one of those choices . They have nearly zero customer service and most importantly they allow FAKE reviews to damage and harm your rating while at the same time they will remove 5 star reviews . I have repeatedly informed Yelp that my one and only negative review is FAKE and they do nothing . They will not verify the review . they will not investigate the review and when you complain that it is fake , they do nothing . THey do not verify that the review is genuine . So bottom line avoid this company .

Usually I am not impressed with Pakistan leather products as they typically price point driven and sacrifice quality ; Not FIVESTAR . I ordered 3 jackets and a wallet . An ANJ in Buffalo leather which other than the smell was nothing short of Amazing . An An-6552 in Goat also , other than the smell , better than expected . Both were thick 3 plus ounce hides and tailored perfect . However , both have a chemical smell that is not pleasant , otherwise I would give those jackets a 5 star rating . I also ordered a An a2 horsehide , Star sportswear jacket . It too should be made in 3 oz horsehide . Visually , the jacket is perfect . The tanning tactile feel makes one wonder if this is actual leather , as the jacket has a rubber smell and it is the horsehide is way too thin . I own 2 originals, a rough wear and an aero , plus a lost worlds A2, US authentic , US wings, cooper and current issue plus a few others so I am comfortable with my expectations . FiveStar your prices are great . Your shipping and service also great . 2 out of 3 jackets met my expectations , BUT FOR the smell !! Your A2 fell a bit short .

frustrating at best . their customer service simply sucks !!! I have purchased over $83,000 with APMEX over the past 4 years and in the past they sent, promptly the items ordered ;recently two items that I ordered were not available and APMEX offered to substitute and issue a credit . So after 4 emails and two phone I have yet to receive the replacement items and or take advantage of the meager $40 coupons . I am required to call them first to use the credits . Problem there is APMEX does not return a call . I am not exaggerating; I have purchased over $83,000 from Apmex and they will not return my 4 emails or a phone over a lousy $40 credit or send me the two replacement items offered. In short , their customer service simply SUCKs!! My name is ; Michael Riese; Esq. and my contact # is 707 951 2488 to verify that this is a real review . APMEX your customer service sucks ; you do not honor credits , you do not answer emails , you do not return phone calls . You owe me two replacement items and two $ 20 credits and after spending $83,000 , and then sending 4 emails and calling twice , I am not returning as a customer until you honor your word !. You owe me two replacement items and $40 in credits . There is currently over $2500 worth of items in my cart , none of which will purchased until I receive a return call or a return email and you honor my credit and send the replacement items.

Unlike many reviews , I am going to publish my Full name and contact info . Michael Riese 707 464 5363 of Crescent City Ca. DO NOT TRUST this company . Read the BBB complaints . They use the high pressure" prices are rising tomorrow " tactic to get your money and once that happens your screwed. I paid my deposit in March for a product that was to be delivered in June . Site was prepped at a cost of $6k and plans were agreed upon and yet no product arrived. I started calling 6 ago , yes 6 weeks went by before they responded . " Oh so sorry Mr. Riese , your project manager went out on maternity leave and we cannot access her computer" Brooke the company V.P. will call you ... right after 4 calls that were ignored , I was told that Brooke only accepts calls in the morning as she has out of town company . Are you kidding me ?? Since I placed my first review , several "real " customers have contacted my law firm requesting assistance . I simply requested a refund and was told that there "would be no refunds" and I am stuck with the contract despite their failure to perform . I will be suing this company this week unless I receive a check for a full refund and for my wasted time. DO NOT give them a dime . Verify the reviews as I believe many of them our not genuine .
