Petty and unreliable

I chose this website a few years ago because they had paper options for bulk orders. But for the last year or even more they send everything in plastic. Even though on their website it clearly states that paper packaging is available for certain types of product and certain weight. And they argue that paper is easier to damage. Fun fact - out of all my packages within 3-4 years, the only damaged product was packed in pastic. Paper was always holding on just fine.

I tried to talk to them about it a few times - it was ignored or I was given weak excuses and nothing more. Finally they replied - don't worry, we will pack chia seeds in paper this time. And my package arrived with chia seeds in paper but purposefully poorly packaged so that chia seeds fall out all over the box. And it's clear that it's on purpose - the paper isn't damaged anywhere, the leak comes from under the tape, just because it's poorly packed. I don't think it's a coincidence. For me it's whatever, a tea spoon of chia seeds it's not a loss, but a loyal customer with big orders to them - definitely is.

And they also told me that next time they will charge me extra for paper packaging, even though there is nothing about extra charges for paper on their website. Their policy says - ask for paper and we will provide if applicable. And according to that - it should be applicable to half of the stuff I order. They never care.

Time to switch. Instead of adapting to their customers, they decide to prove a point. There are tons of websites using paper packaging for bulk orders without any pathetic excuses.

Also, if they don't like the review on their website - they remove it. They just don't allow posting negative reviews. Very sad.

Sorry to have disappointed you about the paper bag packaging.

We send our goods all around the EU. Unfortunately, we can use paper bags only for select items based on our experience regarding the safety of the products during long-distance transport.

Wherever paper bag packaging is available, you will see an option to choose the packaging during the time you place an order. It is our endeavour to increase the number of products that are available in paper bag packaging.

From our records, I can see that this information was provided to you on 1/12/2023 via email as well, since you complained about it to us back then.

Also, it's not fair to be accused of deliberately packing orders poorly to prove a point, this is something we never do and will never do, We can understand your disappointment in relation to paper bags, but such false accusations aren't really helping anyone.

Helped me get compensation from Lufthansa. When I tried to contact Lufthansa directly - they ignored my emails. When I turned for help to this company - Lufthansa paid what they were told to pay without any questions. It took a while but it was worth the wait, I am grateful for all the work they've done to help me!

The worst internet company ever

The worst internet company ever. The internet is not that good, the router lags quite often and the prices are crazy. But the worst is the people who work there.

Technician couldn't come to our house because we live in the center and it gets closed for cars from 11AM so his reason was "my tools are too heavy to carry without a car" when it's a 2 minute walk and his tools turned out to be just a common toolcase, nothing crazy big or heavy. Had to wait extra few days for him to fix the router.

Custmer service was joking about "Cristmas lights" when I told them that my router is blinking red and green instead of helping me, going like "it's so festive, enjoy it".

My bank account was charged the usual amount for internet and then they told me it wasn't paid. I was trying to get through to them with the proof of the payment, it took them 3 weeks to review the proof (and I had to remind them twice and resend the proof 3 times in order for them to finally look at it). And then they said that I am gonna be fined for non-payment and kept sending me invoices. I told them I want to cancel my subscription in a month, then I sorted the issue with the bank, got the money back and sent the payment again. Yet they keep sending me the invoices for July and August including the fine for non-payment, even though I paid everything, I canceled from July and I have already sent them their equipment back. And the delay in sorting things out was completely on them taking so long to get back to me. They completely ignored my bank statements, my countless emails, my cancelation request. They just want more money.

Outrageous. Unprofessional. Ziggo.

This sometimes has to be adjusted and optimized for each customer situation. Thank you for enlisting the help of our mechanic for this.

Our technicians have a lot of equipment with them to optimize your WiFi. It is therefore desirable that you make an appointment when our technician can park nearby.

If you want to send us a proof of payment, you can do this very easily via our My Ziggo app. You can easily send evidence or images via the speech bubble at the top of our My Ziggo app. This is handled more quickly via our My Ziggo app than when you send something by post.

Great delivery service

Delivered the package to my neighbours because I wasn't home, which for me it's way more convenient than getting the "we missed you" note and then having to go to the post office to get the package. The box wasn't damaged, all in good condition, I am absolutely satisfied.

Closed my account with NO reason and NO…

Closed my account with NO reason and NO explanation.

I received an emails from support saying that my account was restricted. To clarify - I was using it ONLY to get my salary there once a month. No suspicious activity, nothing major, no big amounts, nothing unusual. Account was verified and everything, I've been using it for a few months before. All of a sudden - restricted.

In the email they asked for a proof of payslips or a contract or some other proof that I know the person who is sending me money. I explained that I work remotely, freelance-based, and I don't have payslips or contracts (it's 2022 people, who even does that anymore). I explained that it's my salary, sent a few screenshots of the work chats with my colleagues as the only proof I could give them. In reply - your account is closed. With no explanation, no further notice, no warning, no other requests for extra proof or whatever. Simple incompetent low level attitude. Unbelievable. And I still have money there.

Claim still not resolved 3 months later

It's been three months since I have submitted a claim regarding a hospital bill, they contacted me twice - once saying that they are not sure if they can cover it so they need someone else's approval, and a month later they asked for extra proof that I really needed the treatment and the tests. Never heard from them since. Going to switch to another insurance company for sure.

It's been three months living in the…

It's been three months living in the Bisschop complex in Tilburg.

All the problems that existed from the beginning are still there.

Still we have no bike racks in the bike rooms (even though we were promised actual bike sheds outside);
still no garden (weeds are thriving behind the building instead);
still nothing changed regarding recycling (bins are there being full for weeks and no one empties them);
still problems with intercom;
still some inventory missing and they don't care to give it to us even though I am pretty sure they are gonna charge us for the missing inventory when we move out;
still no gate at the building;
still dirty windows from all the construction (cements splashes are all over the windows and they promised to clean that two months ago, still nothing);

Plus to that we pay cleaning fees and the cleaning company is lousy, they never clean thoroughly;

Plus we don't have a proper elevator, we have a platform for lifting heavy stuff, and it's ridiculously slow and it has already been stuck between the floors with people inside and it was out of order for a week or even more and after that I don't dare to use it anymore.

Plus we have been receiving email from water company here that we obliged to get accounts there and pay directly to them even though in the contract with H2S it's clearly stated that we pay them for all the utilities in advance and we do still pay the full price but also we need to pay separately to the water company! So we are gonna be paying twice! and H2S isn't informing us about anything regarding that matter.

The worst rental experience ever.

Awful experience!

I was trying to sign the document but there was a problem with this identification process which I find unnecessary and irritating.

So there was this person asking me to wave my hands in the camera which was already stupid enough and then he asked me to show my identification (which in my case is my passport) and he asked me to tilt it to see some imaginary dots (there are no dots there), he kept asking me repeatedly to tilt it so he could see the dots even though there are no dots, he made me change spots for better light and use the flashlight on my phone so i was basically running around the apartment tilting my passport like a crazy monkey and I kept telling that weirdo that there are no dots there and he just hung up on me!!! and I see that I still need to go through this indentification process!!!

what's up with that?? how rude and stupid are your employees??? what is wrong with you???

Sorry, I was very wrong regarding the recycling thing. They HAVEN'T cleaned it, the bins are still full, the caretaker is nowhere to be found, no one is taking care of anything here. They just cleaned some long-pending mess around the bins and that's it.

It's been almost two months.

We got normal internet only after 1 month of complaints and confrontations.

We still don't have a bike shed - instead we have two tiny dirty rooms with no bike racks and bikes are packed there, it's impossible to use it. All the complaints were ignored or replied with "that's what you get, deal with it".

Promised garden turned out to be a few lousy flowers that they put in the ground near the building a few days ago.

Recycling bins were full for a few weeks until finally they were cleaned, even though we pay a caretaker monthly. I wonder how much time we will have to wait again next time.

The quality of the inventory here sucks big time, they got us the cheapest stuff possible, few things are already broken just from the daily use.

They still don't attend the tickets in time. Back in August we were confronting them regarding the tickets at their office and the reception guy was lying to our faces saying that they just received the tickets even though it was 8 days since it was recieved.

We pay cleaning fees monthly and we simply get 15 minutes quick clean of the carpet at the entrance and staircase railing dusting.

The lock at the entrance door is not working properly, once we couldn't open the door at all, had to go through the back room where the bikes are lying on top of each other.

The intercom doesn't work either.

Half of the things we pay for and are in the contract are not here or not working properly.

There people only care about the money.

Irresponsible people, false advertisement

It's been three weeks for me at the Bischop complex in Tilburg. Awful experience. Contract is breached everywhere.
The building and the apartments weren't ready by the time of moving in. Most of the stuff is still not ready.

1. When we moved in the construction works were still going on. A worker was in the process of installing lights in our bathroom while we were checking in. Upon checking the apartment we found a few inventory items missing, only 2 lights out of 7 working and out of order ventilation system in the bathroom. I wrote an email about that, I filed tickets, I wrote more emails. Only got promises that it will be done. It's been three weeks, only yesterday came the guy with the lightbulbs and fixed the lights. Ventilation system is still out of order.

2. WI-FI installation is also a huge problem here. There is just one router for the whole building and it barely works. It's impossible to work from home. It's been three weeks and multiple complaints as well as multiple empty promises. The WI-FI is still not working even though we are entitled to our own router in the apartment according to contract.

3. Parking lot took them another week of drilling and constructing and it's still not finished and not ready to use. Again, only empty promises.

4. We were promised a bicycle shed and instead they just put the bicycles in a little dirty room on the ground floor, where construction workers used to keep their tools (some of it is still there). It's dirty, ugly and it's not meant to be used as a bicycle storage. It is not a shed and when I brought it up I got "well, it's not a shed, but it's what you get, deal with it". Even though everywhere in the contract and on the website it states that we will have an actual bicycle shed, not some spare little room which can barely hold 8 bikes at a time. Without even bike racks.

5. Recycling containers were only installed three weeks after the opening of the building and only because we sent multiple complaints. Before that we would have to go and put our recycling into other people's containers all over the city.

6. We pay a cleaning fee but in three weeks I saw no one clean here. The elevator, the stairs and the floors are full of sand, dirt, stains, etc. The windows and windowsills are covered with cement splashes from the construction. Again, no one attends this issue.

I don't really recommend this company. Or at least before you want to make a deal with them - go and check the place and apartments in person, talk to the tenants, check everything in the contract because they only delay services and give you empty promises. DO NOT SIGN the contract or check-in papers without being sure that everything is in order.
