An improvement to delivery.

The usual high quality wines and goods supplied but what made this delivery outstanding was that delivery time was halved and messaging actually meant something. A vast improvement.

Happy holidays

I always find the staff in Hays, Rugby, helpful and eager to please. I have booked more than seven trips in the last few years and have never been dissatisfied with the service received. I will continue to use Hays for the foreseeable future.

Dodgy tracking

As usual the wines were excellent and Giordano only took about a week to get the delivery cleared through customs and into England. However the UK delivery company were not as good with erratic tracking, I had three emails saying the delivery had been made when only the third was correct, and it took at least another week for the goods to arrive.

Poor delivery

Delivery is always slow although you advertise fast delivery. My last delivery was delayed and the delivery times and dates inaccurate. My current expected delivery has been delivered according to an email from you but tracking shows it is still held by you. The wines and food are always good it is just a great pity that you are let down by a inefficient delivery company.

Yet another city break!

I am not quite sure why my reviews appear under the name of my wife. She died sixteen months ago and I am not aware that she posted any reviews. However once again I received excellent service from Cameron at Hays and so far have booked five short breaks or longer holidays through the Rugby office of Hays. I don’t think I would have made so many bookings unless I was satisfied! Cameron also sorted out my travel insurance for me. I am now looking forward to having a very enjoyable year next year. Also Christmas in Portugal will make a welcome change.

Another chance to widen my horizons.

Once again Hays have provided me with what I was looking for. Served by Cameron I was able to look at a variety of options which meant that I was able to find what I wanted. I have now booked three holidays for this and next year, the last two just in the last couple of weeks. As a widower getting away from an empty house and having the chance to explore the world again as I did fifty years ago is a great opportunity. Hays have been enormously helpful in giving me the chance to use this opportunity on a budget. I shall keep an eye out for further adventures in your regular adverts in the Saturday Telegraph travel section.

A smooth booking experience.

Yet again the Hays staff (Jhody and Cameron) were their usual efficient and considerate selves. They put up with my dithering and fussing with the result that I have booked another holiday. I strongly suspect that I will be booking another before very long.

A wonderful winter sun break

This is now the second time that I have used Hays. The first time they fixed a trip to Spain for me and I enjoyed myself so much that I have just booked a second visit, this time for longer. The staff are courteous, extremely helpful and always very jolly. I like to go in January as it is not too hot and I can get out and about and Hays have found me a town and hotel that is perfect for my needs. The only slight quibble that I have, and it is nothing to do with the staff or anything that they do, is that Hays are unable to set up my own specialist trips in the way that Thomas Cook used to do. I am very keen to make something of a pilgrimage to India to find old family homes, graves etc using a guide and I am finding some difficulty in finding this sort of travel service. Is it perhaps something that Hays might consider in the future. I sincerely hope so as I know I can trust them to set something up reliably, efficiently and economically.

Resolution by Saveena of the mistakes by your incompetent accounts department.

After repeated attempts to resolve the problems created by the total incompetence of your accounts department Saveena, I hope I have got the name right, managed to resolve all my queries to my satisfaction, at least it appears so at present, which the operator I spoke to ten days ago signally failed to do. That resulted in the third letter that I took such exception to. I have-never failed to pay my bills and letters such as that really upset my wife who suffers from PTSD. If all proves to be well, and I am sure it will be, then she is only the second person that I have found in your organisation who can actually do their job. Emails do not get replied to, letters to your chief executive do not get replied to, and I have had to wait fifty five minutes on occasion for the phone to be answered. My uncle and aunt use your company for bulk gas for their holiday business in Cornwall and have received exemplary service, I wish I had! When I told them of my troubles they did wonder if they should change suppliers, I told them not to for if they were happy then it was not a good idea. However I can always change my mind! Saveena worked really hard to solve my problems, was always polite, efficient and responsive. Please give her my thanks.

Happy shopping

Since Dobbies took over from the car crash that was Blooms the service and quality has been excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful. The till queues were a little disorganised during the covid problem but otherwise I have no complaints.
