chaos from start to end

chaos from start to end.
First the formation of order took 3 days because eurosender split my order into two (7 boxes and one bulky item), though I explicitly said I want everything in one order. This was eventually solved, but it took more effort than anticipated.
Second, the day before pick up date (sept 23rd) I received email from courier saying they will come on 26th. No shipping labels included. The courier could not find my order, thus I contacted eurosender. Eurosender said they don't see any problem with this and offered me to deliver items to collection point myself on 23rd or wait for 26th (tho i am moving out from country on 26th). After few more calls and at least an hour on the phone we managed to get the correct order number from eurosender, contact the courier OOURSELVES and move the collection day.
Third the eurosender did not have the tracking numbers of my order and again we had to resort to calling courier ourselves to find it.
Finally at the arrival one of the box was damaged together with inside items and another was missing some items. according to damage claim i need to provide
1. original invoices of items
2. damage report I filed with courier (yes you need to file it with delivery person who brings the boxes)
3. confirmation of handling over the parcels
4. some proof of dmg etc.

As I haven't done the 2, and lack most of 1, I think that won't really help me. I hope this is helpful to anyone. The moment you get boxes inspect them first and if you see any marks of excessive use file a report instantly, even though the courier is gonna try to run away... :D
Overall I felt that eurosender didn't act as intermediary and it would have been much simpler to order directly from actual shipping company.
