Just received a discount voucher following my disappointing delivery of the wrong wines. Really helpful customer service personnel. I prefer red wine and have never been disappointed with quality and price but received mixed case in error.

I ordered 15 individual red wines and ended up with a mixed case of white red and rose wines. I do not drink rose or white wine so very very disappointed.

Great tasting wines and reasonable prices. I like the various offers you have at times with italian goodies like the pasta, sauces and of course the great price for a bottle of olive oil recently

I have enjoyed all the wines so far. Intense flavours but smooth tasting. I like red wines and find these robust but easy on the pallet.

This the second time I have visited Vision Express and I have been impressed both times the the professional, helpful and friendly service. Recommended a simple eye care product for an eye problem which worked as well as the expensive solution I had been buying from a previous opticion. Took the trouble to show me the product on the make up counter. Also gave useful advice on my dry eye issue. Would certainly recommend the branch at Sprowston's Tescos.
