Damaged delivery, solved lated

My order was sent to me in three different packages without warning (makeup table and chair)
When I finally received all three packages, I noticed broken parts, with some severe chips that someone had ineptly masked with white paint. Also, one part of the drawer was missing
I wouldn't worry if the broken parts were somewhere behind - they are in the most visible place. Both of my support requests were completely ignored.
I do not advise ordering anything from ok-living (it's not ok to send poor quality products knowing that they have deffects) - neither customer support nor quality of service. Now I have to try to mask the damage at my own expense somehow
UPD:
After my complaint on trust pilot i was contacted, and after the explanation ok-living sent me a new item. I haven't unpacked it yet, but only afer I left my complaint here - i was properly questioned and my issue it seems solved. I actually asked only for damaged and missed parts - sending the whole set wasn't necessary. Thank you for the support

1 star already too much for them.
Promissed delivery in 2 days - 3 days after i see that shipment isn't even started and it's from china.
And I believe quality will be cheap, Aliexpress quality.

Company you can trust

Hello. I would like to express gratitude for the help with my declaration. I, as always, put it off until the last minute, but I contacted taxua, collected all the necessary documents, provided additional information and they filled out the declaration very quickly.
I liked the customer-oriented approach and very clear explanations. And of course, a good and loyal price. Thank you for your help - will do declarations with you guys.

There is no brand Dion at all

There is no brand Dion at all - they are selling the cheapest “jewellery” from Chinese local «basement factories” . Funny thing, that they asking to pay for delivery- please be sure that your goods will cost 10 times less, than delivery costs. When I received the parcel - I realised that i got scammed - each item doesn’t have any brand’s logo. Each item has defects and has extremely poor quality. All proofs could be attached. Don’t trust the ambassador program - it’s just scam.

The service is disgusting

The service is disgusting. Gym is overcrowded, not enough closets. Dirty toilets, dirty equipment. Also to hot inside. I started complaining about broken closets - nobody heard me. The administration doesn't care at all. Now I decided to cancel my subscription because I hate visiting this gym - and I can't. You can't cancel your membership when you want - due to a yearly subscription. It's better to pay more and have some service. I have only negative experiences with this network.
