Damaged delivery, solved lated
My order was sent to me in three different packages without warning (makeup table and chair)
When I finally received all three packages, I noticed broken parts, with some severe chips that someone had ineptly masked with white paint. Also, one part of the drawer was missing
I wouldn't worry if the broken parts were somewhere behind - they are in the most visible place. Both of my support requests were completely ignored.
I do not advise ordering anything from ok-living (it's not ok to send poor quality products knowing that they have deffects) - neither customer support nor quality of service. Now I have to try to mask the damage at my own expense somehow
UPD:
After my complaint on trust pilot i was contacted, and after the explanation ok-living sent me a new item. I haven't unpacked it yet, but only afer I left my complaint here - i was properly questioned and my issue it seems solved. I actually asked only for damaged and missed parts - sending the whole set wasn't necessary. Thank you for the support
