I expected one package yesterday

I expected one package yesterday, they say they deliver in one store, but the problem is, this store is already close 2 months ago is nobody there, I wish I know where is my package.

I order a product 3 weeks ago

I order a product 3 weeks ago, they don't send me the product or the money, and don't reply to my email ls, they are scamers, I already start a legal action against this thiefs in ConsuWijzer.Nl and in ACM – Autoriteit Consument & Markt. Stay away from this scamers, you definitely lose your money. I don't know how a company is open when the only thing they do is stealing money.

Perfect! I wasn't familiar with this store. I was looking for a Mac mini and saw that it was much cheaper than the competition. I decided to buy it here. After a day or two, I had the Mac at home. I make an insurance for my car in this…

I make an insurance for my car in this insurance company, the insurance every month was 34€, suddenly they start taking from my account 43€, I cancel the insurance straight away, for my surprise in the same week, they take from my account 34€ more. So in less then one week they stole from me 80€, for am insurance I should pay 34€, and for an insurance I already cancel, I have to refund that amount in my bank, and I have to block them in my bank incasso direct. SO EVERYONE HERE, BE VERY CAREFUL, THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION, THEY ARE THEFTS, THEN THEY HIDE IN THE FACT THEY ARE INCOMPETENTS. ONE MORE THING, TAKE ONE MORE CENT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I SUIT YOU I COURT.

I buy a ado e bike air 28, spend almost 1500€, now they don't want to send a factur! I already report this company to the tax authorities in the Netherlands, for tax evasion. If I knew this company was like this I would buy here for sure. But I will wait one more day and if they don't send the factur I will return the e-bike and buy in another place with non criminal people.

I buy a electric bike in decathlon, almost 1500€, now they don't give me a factur, I need a factur with my btw number, you call for the support and is more then 30 minutes waiting, I DONT NEED TO BEG FOR A FACTUR, YOU GUYS SHOULD GIVE ME A FACTUR I THE MOMENT I SPEND ANY AMOUNT IN YOUR STORE. THIS IS LAST TIME I WILL BUY SOMETHING HERE, AND OF YOU GUYS DON'T GIVE ME A FACTUR WITH MY BTW NUMBER I WILL REPORT YOU THE RIGTH DEPARTMENTS, AND IF I DONT GET TODAY MY FACTUR I WILL RETURN THE E-BIKE AND I WILL BUY IN ANOTHER PLACE THAT PAY TAXES.

Worst online shop to buy motorcycle…

Worst online shop to buy motorcycle equipment. Bad experience. Never again.

The chart size on your website is not correct, thats why I have to return the pants, and order new ones without my refund, 3 or 4 times I have to return and make a new order, I spend more then 300€ to have a 70 euros pants, and the most annoying and the most disgusting think you guys did was the fact I have to pay the 3 or 4 times the delivery fees, that is theft, because this was your mistake, size chart is wrong. I don't order in your shop anymore, horrible service, horrible return politics. Like me is more people.

Worst store to buy motorcycle equipment…

Worst store to buy motorcycle equipment ever. We only know how good a store is when we really have a problem. I placed an order for some pants for riding a motorbike, following the sizes they made available online, and ordered size 38, to my surprise the pants were too big, as a result, after paying €90 plus €8 in shipping, I so I have to return these, and make another order on the website, I returned the pants, I still don't have the money for the return, and I made another order on the website plus 90 euros with 8 euros in shipping, this order arrived and I still don't have the money for the refund. return of the first order I returned, surprise again the pants are too big, result, I had to return it again and make a new order, now the pants are 120€, I placed the order for 120€ plus 8 euros in shipping, and I still don't have the refund money for the first two returned orders, how pathetic is this? Does xlmoto think that customers are like banks that lend money? I paid the shipping costs 3 times and I've already spent €323.96 and I still don't have the 90 euro pants or my money back. It's simply ridiculous for a situation like this to happen. If you want to avoid a situation like this, buy from another store with a better reputation, which may even be a little more expensive but you are sure that you will have a quality service and you won't have to spend more than 300 euros to be able to have 90 euro pants. , when here the error lies with this store when it promotes and sells products that do not correspond to the description. Dingen die u moet weten voordat u bij mediamarkt koopt. 1 zijn geen professionals. 2 zijn dieven. Ik kocht een koelkast van bijna €600, ze brachten de beschadigde koelkast, het duurde een week voordat ze de koelkast kwamen ophalen, nu willen ze me mijn geld niet teruggeven. Kortom, er zijn twee weken verstreken, ik heb geen koelkast en ik heb nog bijna € 600,- over, wat ik nodig heb om een ​​andere koelkast te kopen. Volgende stap, praat met een advocaat en klaag Mediamarkt aan. Als u stress en tijd wilt besparen, koop dan nooit bij mediamarkt. 600€ damage fridge, saga

Hello good evening! I see this email that says the product don't have damages, I see the damages and I take a picture and I told him to the delivery guy to take a picture of the damages, he refuses, says its not possible anymore to take pictures only with is personal phone, after he talk with is colleague they told me to speak with mediamarkt for a return. Someone have to be responsible for this damages, or return my money and take the fridge. When they open the door of the truck the fridge was down in the top op another washing machine. Mistakes happen, that's no problem, now I just want a solution for this. I have a damage 600€ fridge in my kitchen, and no awnser by mediamarkt, I just want a new fridge or my money back but fast or I will call my lawer to solve this in a legal way. Worst deliver guys ever, mediamarkt service or costumer support is horrendous. It's already Tuesday and I have a damage fridge, I want a fast SOLUTION.IT'S ALREADY THURSDAY AND SUPPOSEDLY THEY GOING TO PICK UP TODAY THE FRIDGE IN THE MORNING, I TOLD THEM TO BRING ME A NEW FRIDGE WITHOUT DAMAGES, THE GUY FROM MEDIAMARKT ON THE PHONE SAYS OK, NOW I RECEIVE A EMAIL THST SAYS AFTER THEY TAKE THE FRIDGE BACK THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, GOD PLEASE GIVE ME PATIENCE TO DDEAL WITH MORONS, DO YOU GUYS THINK IM A WAREHOUSE WHERE YOU CAN STORE YOUR DAMAGES FRIDGES FOR ONE WEEK? If I can I will give this company less then 0, was my first order from this website, I buy a few items, but one item was not there, they don't send it. I contact the support by phone, they told me they can't do nothing, I have to write an email, I write an email for the support, they ask me if is there a backorder on my package, I send them pictures. And after that, after I ask for my item, or when they going to send it and fix this situation, they don't replied anymore. This is my first and last time buying in this website. If I don't get my item tomorrow or my money tomorrow I will press charges, in the police and a complain in kvk, basically everywhere. How incompetent people need to be to make mistakes like this. In all this years I order stuff online, this is the first time this happen to me. I don't recommend this website, only if you like to play lotto.

I order an Slip-on almost 3 weeks ago, after one week I send an email to ask how long is going to take to receive my package,in the website says 3-7 days, they reply and say is going to take 3 weeks, and ask me if I want the pipe mount, I don't even read it. I let pass a few more days and send an email to ask if next week I will receive my exhaust, for my surprise they reply saying they don't order yet because they are waiting I say if I want to pay extra 109€ for a pipe mounting, what a joke, I order sometinhg and I pay it, so your job is to send me what I pay and order. Last time I buy something in this store with this incompetent people, and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. I put my money almost 3 weeks here, I pay for one slip on and I don't have the slip on, they don't order, and I don't have my money back, if I have order 3 weeks ago from another store I already have my stuff. Never again.
