Ordered the whitening strips and pen in July and the order still has not been shipped. I have been told there is a warehouse problem.

I requested a refund/cancel order but have got no reply. Why take the money if they can’t fulfil the order?

Now on their website it says these products are out of stock so maybe they didn’t have the stock to begin with but still took the orders?
