Kingspan Sensit,total rubbish,please…

Kingspan Sensit,total rubbish,please don't buy as lasts less than 5 minutes and no offer to replace,they just say go and buy another one!Grenfell lives on with a company based on lies.Shame on you!
And just to update,pls don't bother with their CS as after offering "assistance"will just tell you to go and waste more money buying another one that won't work that they won't replace for whatever reason,same as me!Thanks Kingspan!You are a scandal!

Grundfos UPS3 15 50 65

UPS3 installed Oct 2024,not used for few months,went to put on for Hot Water,not working.Works for heating,same water same system,was told needs servicing every 6 months or less and won't work if not used all the time.Last one lasted 10-15 years,no maintenance needed.Told to get serviced or refund,most say same problem,design problem clearly so don't buy them or Grundfos stuff as no help,don't work properly,and who wants to fix it themselves(if able) or pay to do so every 6 months?Our survey said...

ONLINE ORDER MADNESS

Did Online Order,made mistake on size of crisps ordered,wouldn't change them despite obvs offering to pay the extra etc,ridiculous!Staff unhelpful,online complaints useless,and also noticed you have to pay 10% for substituted items,joke!Rarely shop there anyway but won't be bothering to do another online order again on this experience as who won't exchange items for what someone actually wanted???

UNDERFILLED-DO NOT USE AS WON'T HELP!

Underfilled by 300Litres,£250 of Oil,2Months fuel and will do nothing to help anyone when this happens so please do not use this company unless you want to be out of pocket with no comback and think they must be writing their own good reviews too as have been let down in many ways other than this by them with delivery too.Month later and no help at all just excuses.BE WARNED!Reported to Trading Standards,CAB and Resolva.Update 11/10/2024 as per Boilerjuice "Help",there was non at all and just deny anything could ever happen with anything ever so pls be warned again DO NOT USE as you will be v.disappointed and they will do nothing but take your money and not refund you
