Poor service from John Lewis
I have recently purchased some perfume from John Lewis online service.
I paid £114 for Zen perfume and got the email saying ready for collection.
Evri was the delivery company. When I showed them my email confirmation I was handed an envelope of broken glass. Very disappointed, no inner bubble packaging.
I then contacted customer service at John Lewis and explained the situation. The lady was rude and unprofessional. The web chat explained wait 14days for refund. Because we refused to accept the damage parcel, despite photographic evidence John Lewis have continued to delay our refund.
Do not use this Company, very poor service.
