Staff on the phones were excellent, it's nice to deal with a business that still cares and takes the time for you (even when you are new and clueless to RC cars). My son is thrilled with his RC car and having lots if fun.

Ordered a bath that had a piece of the specific waste missing from the kit that comes with it. Not sanctuary bathrooms fault. Nevertheless they sent out a replacement that day which I recieved the very next morning enabling the plumber who was booked in that day to not be delayed. Much appreciated thanks
