Normally delivered 14 to 16 days. Have purchased on many occasions, however, I have contacted you 4 times to alert you to the ' broken link' on the 'my order' page on the UK website. Despite emails from you telling me your technical team are dealing with it, it's not fixed and this is 4 weeks from my original alert. Please remedy this so I can track my order
