This is a follow up to my last review. I can now report that Evri has completely lost my Hobbs order. I CANNOT get through to Hobbs customer service and have not had a follow up email to explain that I will be getting a refund. I would like to know whether the Hobbs reply to my first review is an AI response. This whole experience has been completely unacceptable. Hobbs needs to overhaul its customer services and change couriers.
Why oh why is a high end company like Hobbs using a shoddy completely unreliable courier like Evri? Also the Hobbs customer service is appalling. It is virtually impossible to get through to a human being. I have totally gone off ordering from Hobbs. My order will not appear in time for me and so I will be asking for a refund and some sort of compensation. Then Hobbs asks me to fill in a review of my order which is impossible considering I haven’t even received it!!!!!

Wow. Patagonia Camp surpassed all expectations! The yurts were really comfortable. The dining service is impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant even though you must drive into the park each day for most of the hiking. There are some lovely trails around the camp. The guides brought every single hike that we did to life. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. A real asset for Patagonia Camp. I would love to return!! The comfort and calm after a hard day hiking is perfect.
Thank you for your advice and enthusiasm when deciding whether to buy one of your gorgeous rugs. The process was seamless from buying my rug to receiving it. Also the rug is a really quality and an interesting design.
