We recently had Dean attend our flat to carry out a drainage investigation using CCTV, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, which immediately set a professional tone for the visit.
Dean conducted the inspection in a very thorough and methodical manner, clearly explaining what he was doing and what he was seeing. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity in assessing the situation. Rather than inventing unnecessary jobs or exaggerating potential problems, he gave a balanced, transparent view of what actually needed attention. This built a great deal of trust and confidence.
He also showed strong respect for our property, ensuring that the work area was kept tidy and that everything was properly cleaned up once the investigation was completed.
Overall, Dean demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical competence, and customer focus. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable and straightforward drainage specialist.
In terms of the company’s pricing structure, I would recommend that customers make sure they fully understand what is included and what additional costs may arise before work begins. In our case, an investigation initially presented as starting from £120 ultimately cost around three times that amount.

So the drains were blocked outside with raw sewage an inch away from invading the garage. I got a quote and it was £60 cheaper than anyone else. No brainer. Dean travelled from hours away and within minutes had sorted the blockage out. 100% brilliant service and complete old school gentleman.

Darren and Charlie were fantastic. Very friendly and were able to give some great advice with their service.

Superb service rang Friday afternoon for a service and safety certificate that we needed and they came Saturday , the chap who came was extremely helpful and friendly and absolutely professional ,, highly recommend

Had a leaking downstairs heated towel rail. Contacted Home Fix who arranged a plumber to attend following day - surprised how quick there availability was. Dean the plumber allocated showed up - on time and provided an excellent service, very knowledgeable and a consummate professional in sorting and rectifying issue.

Luke was brilliant, arrived promptly carried out investigations and found the root of the problem and gave 100% attention to completing the work. Very friendly and very competent plumber I highly recommend him. Thanks Luke!

Very quick response, came out at short notice, completed all works same day, Elliot was friendly & approachable, went above and beyond and offered amazing customer service.

Hidden charges, pressure sales tactics, complete lack of urgency and intentional lack of clarity on some of the costs. We had a terrible experience with something that was supposed to be a max 1 hour simple fix. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Sean did a great job with repairing a drain at the rear of the property. He was polite, talked me through the options so I understood and agreed on the solution and did a really good job. Thanks again.

Charlie was excellent turned up on time took away the old toilet and fitted the new one with minimum fuss and mess amd cleaned up afterwards would definitely recommend

Darren provided excellent service, assisting us with the removal of decades-old, unnecessary pipework and ensuring our new tap was installed safely without any risk of leaks or flooding. He has also completed work on our radiators in the past, and we have always been very satisfied with the results. We would be pleased to have him return for future projects and have complete confidence in the quality of his work.

Will never ever use again. Either the people you book with over the phone are incompetent, either this company is trying to overcharge for no reason.
I called and explained and described several times everything that I did manually to unblock/fix the drainage, and that I specifically needed a professional to come with a MACHINE because everything else failed. She was like yes sure it will be 100£ for non emergency and excluding vat. I again repeated myself, I even asked her to write this down and tell the engineer so they know what to do next not to come and try the same damn thing. I booked for next day first slot and paid because apparently you have to pay before a service is even offered. Fine. Luke got to the flat around 11:30am even though it was meant to be 8-10am max. I understand traffic etc but still shouldn’t be my problem. I changed my therapy session because he was so late. He comes in and tells me he can use chemicals and a plunger - things I already explained to the lady on the phone that I’ve used for a whole week including a manual drain coil. I basically asked for a specific service, i was given whatever the phone lady wanted, charged and made to think the engineer will be fixing this problem with a machine. None of this happened.
Luke was understanding and called the office, something about it being around £300 to use that machine lol - that’s the cost of the whole machine but ok. I explained i have no income and i didn’t call to ask for a general investigation and plunger expert, but for that exact machine. And i no longer could pay.
I doubt very much I will get any money back even though Luke was asked to leave after two minutes because he was only going to try what I already have.
Most frustrating waste of time I have ever experienced. If you have to use this company, don’t trust the people you book with because they clearly don’t understand or know what they’re doing.

The service we received was great from the beginning. Booking the appointment was straight forward and easy.
Luke, the engineer that came out was brilliant. He was knowledgable set reasonable expectation and did a great job resolving our issue. Would definitely use again
