Unfortunately I have not received my order placed on November 17th. I have not received a shipping email but I have received 10 emails advertising all the products I can buy!!!!! Bit disheartening looking at a debit on my credit card account and nothing to show for it!

Great products, really works. A bit pricy though which i probably won't able to afford to use it in the long term.

I have used all the products but only one has turned into a guilty pleasure of mine. At first I was surprised by how strong (in a natural good way) Magic Skin was, not something I was used to. But as I read the ingredient list, I really started to understand the whole natural aspect of it. Now I look forward to using it and every time I am done putting the cream on, I smell my hands, this may seem weird to people who have never used Magic Skin but I bet those who have would be able to relate to this.

I like the product but I didn’t appreciate the costumer service. In fact, I bought the Argan oil thinking to have bought the 100ml bottle but receiving the 30ml instead. I was told that in fact there was a bug on their website - showing 100ml instead of 30ml. I was not offered a refund or an exchange. I was only offered to buy an additional bottle of 100ml for the same price. I said yes and asked to proceed and I never heard from them again. Very disappointing, I’m afraid. Not sure I will buy again.

Love the smell!

This is the 4th bottle I have bought and I am officially addicted to the botanical smell of this spray. Also, this may be a coincidence, but I have not had a cold or sore throat since buying this.

I love this spray, it makes the home smell wonderful but also I take it to work to purify the air. If a colleague has a cough or cold I get it out and make the environment feel fresh and healthy.

Recently I also purchased one for my mum, who loves it too and has had many compliments on the smell.

Unfortunately my Dad accidentally broke my new bottle but I will repurchase as I think it is essential for the winter months.

I contacted the company by email and through social media to enquire about product labelling and information on the website. I was promised a response but I haven't heard back. Hopefully this will help someone else: according to the label, Purair is not suitable for pregnant women or children under 36 months. I was careful to do my research on the website prior to ordering. I think it should have been addressed/ checked for consistency, especially as one of their (many) FAQs mentions it being safe for children. Which one is it? Buyer beware - customer services are unresponsive. I expect a higher standard of customer care from a wellness brand.

Excellent service, high quality oils in the spray which I really value and don’t mind paying that bit extra for. The shipping was fast and free which was such a good bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending both product and delivery.

The products are really fine. I love the smell of the sleep relaxing balm. It helps me to relax after a stressfull day.

This is the best room spray I have ever bought, even my husband loves it and he hates room sprays. The aroma lasts a long time after spraying and the smell is just divine, leaving the room feeling really refreshed without that artificial smell of a standard air freshener aerosol.
I have had it 2 weeks now and although I feel I have used it a lot, the contents have hardly gone down in volume, so will last a long while.

I used to work this company. They never paid me on time and they ignored all my calls and emails related to their debt. It took so long for them to pay me that I literally started to filing a law suit against them at the end. Such a shame when companies don't care about your hard work and effort.
