I purchased an item that was sadly not in stock. 1010 were quick to let me know and offered a further discount on the same item in a different colour. Unfortunately the colour of the substitute was not to my taste and the refund was made almost instantaneously.

Good communication after ordering my Swiss Kubic watch winderand I'm really happy with the quality now it has arrived.

My order of a watch winder was delivered within two days. I wasn’t sure if made the right choice so telephoned to discuss. The man I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful.
