The site states both of my returns were free based on my state, then when I get ready to file I'm charged $34.99. What you can change is to be honest and upfront with people about your charges.

Easy to follow instructions
Easy to follow instructions. When it came time to file two states appeared on my tax documents. I attempted to remove the one that did not apply but I could not find the steps to remove the added state. I thus had to delay the state filing.

Great experience. Easy to navigate. Saves work. User friendly interface. Easy to coordinate checkout. Felt secure. One challenge, it was hard to see the summation of multiple entries of a category, to check math. This numerical view was only available in the Review (exported as a PDF). Thank you for the service. Last day to file and came looking for forms for an extension but as I started following the detailed instructions, I kept pushing and was able to file our 2025 Taxes!
