Very pleasant experience with Lilyan
Very pleasant experience being helped by Lilyan on live chat. Far better than nearly every other live chat I have used I would say.
Firstly, 10Bet seem to understand what the customer wants to experience and care how they feel. This was proved by the advisor that helped me.
I waited less than 1 minute and didn't have to speak to any painful chat bot first. I was warmly greeted and had my issue solved immediately. Most importantly, I was shown a great level of humility. Most bookmakers show you they quite literally couldn't care less, they quote T&C's at you and then they close the conversation without a resolution. Lilyan made the whole experience fantastic. A great representative for 10Bet.

Don’t bother signing up!!!!
Do NOT bother signing up with them. They do everything they can to trick you out of promotions and any bonuses you have.
Signed up and got a £34 bonus for my matched deposit. Had £82 in my balance and withdrew £5 so they took all of my £34 bonus off me without warning. Doesn’t even make sense as £34 was bonus funds and rest was cash but yeah bonus just gone.
Can’t have any other promotions whilst starting out with them also so even if you qualify they don’t pay you on them. STAY FAR AWAY
Shocking service, customer service is awful and rude. I am leaving within 48 hours

Best support ever
Best support ever, i made an error on going against their promotional terms by placing bets on two offers at the same time and got the lesser free bet of £5 and not the £10, But the very nice support lady gave me the £10 anyways :)

Everything weighed up it's average at best in my opinion.
Main failing points are,no guaranteed odds.
Also you place bet, that bet is held and you unknowingly place the same bet again,which certainly needs addressing .
No idea why the system doesn't automatically reset one placed.
