I’m gonna be honest here, if you’re using Skrill for deposit and withdrawal, dont mind sending ID and address proof, the site works fine, email support was to helpful, but dont expect to be arround for a long time, Odds are so weird sometimes so low and sometimes so high.
For me I deposited a few times and withdrawed few times never found a problem but the day I made a winning streak of 5 6 bets and nearly a 300€ profit, next time I found myself banned from sportbooks.
I’m giving 3 because I enjoyed it while it lasted, never made me worry about my money, and I withdrawed all my money even after being banned. So at least they dont steal, but like every other small company they are afraid of winners.

Deposited, it automatically added a bonus code, thought I’d leave it in anyway as I didn’t expect to use it anyway. Ended up into the bonus money and won £600 then the money disappeared. Turns out you can only win 10X with bonus money, I didn’t even really want the bonus money but lesson learnt. Account closed and won’t be using that account again.

I have deposited hundreds of pounds since joining up. First two withdrawals were approved straight away (within3 hours) without asking for id. I then took it upon myself after winning £650 to upload my own documents without being asked for them. Now 3 days later, account has been closed. Withdrawals are still pending even though proof of address, multiple forms of identification including a photo of myself next to my passport and proof of depositing funds have been sent over. Sick of automated emails being sent to myself and asking for more verification such as video verification. I am 79 years old this is ludicrous. I have sent relevant documents and when further asked for more they have been sent. Don’t use this site, they don’t want to pay out when you reach a good payout number. I have over £1000 sat in pending withdrawals. Disgusting. If they won’t process my withdrawals despite having all relevant documentation I would like to enquire as to how to get net deposits back.

As with a number of others I have had stakes restricted on sports to 1p following a £200 win. They only like losers and hide behind it being a trader decision when restrict you. Absolutely disgraceful. Happy for you to lose even if end up killing yourself but win £200....restricted....

These shysters have made it excessively difficult to withdraw winnings (I needed to resort to support tickets), and have now refused to accept bets from me - offering no reason/justification. FISHY. AVOID
