Avoid, scare mongering and up selling!!
Both my daughter have just visited for the first time. One wanted a tooth repair and was willing to pay private, they said "we will have to give you an emergency appointment for that", (£66), even though she just wanted to book in a normal appointment. Then got a very vague dentist who kept saying "this is only an emergency appointment so we can't do anything, would you like to leave it or have a temporary filling and we'll keep an eye on it" then got told about plans to buy . Second daughter booked an appointment at the same time, was given a proper appointment at £66 for a week later, saw the dentist who said "good jaw and bite, healthy teeth, be mindful of cleaning and flossing well" no xray was done. Next came the Hygenist, who asked if her gums bled, after saying no she proceeded to keep stabbing different areas of gum to make it bleed then told her "you have bad gum disease, if its gone down to the bone there's nothing you can do. We'll have to get the Xray you had done at the last dentist, (a month ago), to see how bad it is!" She went on to give her a treatment plan for nearly £300 for work she didn't even know was needed or not yet and recommended a more expensive plan at £23 per month (instead of £14), Left her scared to death and in tears when she got home!! My daughter visited a dentist a month ago who's Xray suggested everything was doing great, he said everything was fine just start flossing!! This place is terrible, liars, scaremongering, money grabbing. My daughters are NEVER going back there!! Awful place, don't have a clue, just trained on getting as much money as possible!!
