I did many hours of research, looking at just about all competing offerings before deciding to use 10to8 to generate my appointments. I truly believe that they have really nailed it with all the features and different price points, not to mention their support. I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

My clients really appreciate the reminders for their appointments and in turn I don’t experience problems with missed appointments. I would definitely recommend 10 - 8.

I used 10to8 to book phone or video calls with clients. Online booking has eliminated having to go back and forth trying to work out a time to meet by email.

Super Product! Very easy to set up with multiple calendars and the follow up process with customers works very well.

Overall I am very pleased with 10to8. The main concern I have is if you have an issue, it takes a while to receive a written response. Also, my calendar often doesn't sync automatically, so I have to go in and do it myself.

I have recommended this system to others and I do think it is a good option for calendaring.

I like working with !0to8; easy system but I would like to be able to book multiple services for the same client without having to reselect all her information and would like them to receive only one confirmation notification including all services. Also, I would like the system to avoid creating multiple time the same client information (avoiding merging them for no reason)

10 to 8 has been a very user friendly experience both for myself and my clients-
I gave it 4 stars since there are a few things that would make my experience easier - more photos on the booking page - the ability to block certain clients - the ability to have repeat clients automatically under one account not multiple - to help see appointment history . And the ability to send messages to clients reminding them to book within a certain time frame after their appointment .

These additions I would like to see are customized to my needs but overall 10 to 8 is fantastic . I have had several friends add it to their business .

Easy to use, great price, and lots of features.

As a small business owner, I am able to take advantage of the "no cost to me" appointment setter option. I greatly appreciate this because I do not exceed more than 25 client bookings in a month (up to 100 at no cost). I am able to offer all my services in a nice organized manner, and clients find me easily enough. They have no challenges booking an appointment. All runs smoothly: I receive immediate notice of a booking and have the "option" to finalize (not an automatic acceptance for client) , clients get reminders, and this saves on my own time. This is a great service for massage therapists who manage their own practice. And even though I am in the USA, the team at 10 to 8 gets back to me by email in an adequate time frame for any troubleshooting.

I signed-up for 10to8 when my tutoring business started to expand. It has been fantastic for me because I can book students and set it up, so they have reminders one day and 1-hour before their appointment. I have significantly fewer no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Also, 10to8 makes it easy for my students to schedule and reschedule their appointments.
