For appointments that happen where…

For appointments that happen where customers come to you, this is an excellent program.
There is still room for improvement when it comes to mobile businesses and appointments where you are going to the customer.

Names of bookee on clear view

I have been a customer with 10to8 since they began. The diary and additional programs are great. They are very competitive on price. Sadly they are no longer supporting the version of the diary I use. As it doesn't show names in the booking, unless you reveal them, I can have the screen visible to my patients and clients. The new version doesn't give this option. I now have a GDPR dilemma. Up until then I would have awarded a 5*

Very good booking system

Very good booking system. I’ve had a few issues with it which have been dealt with so this is the reason for the 4 stars.

We have a web app that you can access on any device, including Android and iPhone mobile devices. If you add 10to8 to your homescreen, you can easily access whenever and wherever and as a plus, it doesn't take up space on your device.

The program is beautiful and easy to…

The program is beautiful and easy to use - I enjoy the that it is offered in different levels of control. The current level of control works very well for me and serves my current needs, but I have the comfort that as my business grows, I can also grow in the services of 10to8.

Thank you for making my life easy and organised.

Used to be better

Used to be better, but browser support on safari and chrome has been terrible recently. Can’t use at all on safari on iPad as menu doesn’t appear, on chrome desktop often search fields fail to populate options and on safari on iPhone it keep resetting date/time choices when entering appointments. Starting to lose patience and may change soon if no improvement.

Needs a bit more functionality for seo…

Needs a bit more functionality for seo so page gets picked up by search engines. I also cant see reviews or have them posted when people leave reviews for my service. otherwise, great functionality. They have only crashed twice since I've been with them. This is super important when trying to schedule a client.

I have been using 10 to 8 for a few…

I have been using 10 to 8 for a few months now for appointment booking assistance for my Coaching Clients. Most importantly, my Clients have found it easy and convenient to use. I love it as it relieves me of the burden of playing phone tag and texting with Clients to set up appointments. Thank you 10 to 8!!

Fan girl praise

I have been using 10to8 for the past year and am impressed by their commitment to continualy evolving and improving the app. The integration with my website and Google calendar were simple. My client have a great user experience. I can't believe how much I can do for free. I'm a total fan girl!
