My building was in a run-down condition and was rebuilt from scratch, with the project completed within the agreed timelines.

We faced numerous challenges during the planning permission stage and had to make multiple design amendments as suggested by the planning officer. This entire process took more than a year, but Tony stood by my side with the same level of energy throughout and guided me at every stage.

One of Tony’s biggest strengths is his deep understanding of building structural designs at a micro level, which is extremely complex. He explains everything upfront before starting the work, ensuring the client does not incur losses due to rework or unforeseen issues.

Tony is a man of his word, and thankfully there were no surprises throughout the construction process. The quality of his work is excellent, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Tony’s pricing is very budget-friendly, and he consistently uses top-quality materials. He also has dedicated specialist teams, such as roofing specialists, rendering specialists, and a skilled woodworking team, which ensures a high standard of workmanship across all areas.

He’s a genuinely nice person, and I would highly recommend at least having a conversation with him before deciding which builder to go with. I’m definitely glad I chose Tony for this project 😊

My project of extension of living room into garden was done with very high standard. Price was very reasonable. I have had a very good relationship with Tony. His boys are very well behaved and skilled. Tony's own number of decades of experience in this industry means you are getting right advice and services through out the project work. They are quite flexible, always listen to customers demand and work to make them happy.

Sukka(Tony) is a 5 star ⭐️ rated builder . I had a big project for him on my detached house with side first floor & back extension. He works really great with client in all sense , trust , honest & will advise , if we can save money in a proper detail job & finish . His team is bunch of good skilled lads & very knowledgeable & friendly. Price he quoted is not cheap ( like cowboy builders )or more like selfish builders who ripps u off ). I would say the right , for my project , when I compare with numerous builders quote . Tony is guy who got numerous skill/ craftsmanship/ knowledge in anything related to building work from scratch to finish . And last very important bit . He works with client & understands us ..throughout the project & recommending great advice to finish the project to upmost satisfaction of client . I am planning to give him more projects regarding an HMO conversion soon .

Tony took up my Bunglow Renovation work when one the cow boy builder Ran away with money and items in mid renovation. It was a big challenge for him to undo previous damaged work and Built new renovation work starting from wiring , plumbing heating , skimming and floors along with Insulation.
Tony and team did a great and wonderful makeover with our desired choices in every room of our bunglow in Burnham and completed Renovation job on time as promised. This a big challenge for him and us both but he made us very very happy with the renovation work we desired.
He is very trustworthy and provides facts and details on each work while working with clients to accomdate their needs and choices while designing , working on a project. Most important he has a team of hard working people who are sincere to work and also understand clients expectations and are well mannered and professional.

Tony and his team did fantastic job with my complete garden renovation work that included digging/clearing existing patio/lawn, installing new sub-base, laying new porcelain patio, new turf, flower bed, lighting etc. The team was great to work with and produced quality work.
