Very efficient order to delivery. Original contact email answered within minutes. Product was the cheapest online(I searched long and hard) & the quality is exactly as described. Great company to order from, will be my first stop & recommendation to friends in future when seeking similar products.

I always think the success of a company relies on great customer service, and I received that from this company this week. There was a problem with my order, but Steven (who responded swiftly to my emails) managed to rectify it quickly and efficiently, and I received my furniture in good time despite the issues. Great service, and I will definitely be using them again.

Nice easy to deal with company with great detail on each product on the website, very useful. I’m very happy with the quality of my new desk and it looks great. Would use again. 4* as the delivery was a month late but I should iterate this was supplier issue which is common in every market these days and not the fault of 121 though they kept me informed and gave me alternative options to pursue if I so chose.

I recently purchased a TV cabinet and found the service to be really good. Initial delivery was prompt and the communication from the store was really good. One of the packages arrived with broken parts but Micheal wasted no time in getting things sorted and after a couple of days a new item was received. Many thanks!

Looking for low cost desk with dpace for laptop and all the bits and pieces that go with it. This was perfect. Fitted the space exactly and top shelf great for extra TV kept in study. Product better than expected for price. Quite a lot to put together but instructions good enough. I'm very pleased with it.

The only note I would add though was that the office chair we bought looked a bright navy blue but when arrived was actually a quite a dark blue. It was still OK because it went well with our decoration anyway

Ordered an Ergo Click Mesh office chair yesterday at around 2pm. The following day at 1pm I am sitting on it having already assembled it. Delivered in perfect order. Very well packaged. No problems at al.

Very happy with the service 121 has given me. There was an minor issue with stock but Steven immediately gave me a call and we worked it out - even received the chair fully assembled for the (minor) trouble!

Ordered an ergonomic chair - received a call (which I missed) followed by an immediate follow-up email to let me know it wouldn't be in stock for some time. Thankfully, Steven was very proactive about helping me nail down an alternative and immediately offered to refund the small difference in price. All super smooth and convenient.

The chair was dispatched in good time and I received it with no delay following my initial order, despite the minor hurdle we encountered.

They don’t refund at all! Bought an office chair for 75 and assembled it immediately found out wasn’t comfortable at all, phoned them to ask for return and refund they said when you open box we don’t accept it!!!!
Like you should know how good is the chair from looking at the box!
I had to sell it half price!

Great to deal with, good range of furniture and something to suit me given my size and weight, got a great office chair, fabulous product, solid as a rock and great price.
