Purchased Haven Riser desk in white love it....! I work with 2 monitors and a laptop, the monitors fit perfectly on the riser shelf so I no longer have them set up on shoe boxes. The desk is a great width & has enough depth for comfortable working. Delivery was super speedy from order to delivery 3 days total no damage great packaging. Steven from 121 emailed to confirm order and delivery etc.
Desk was so easy to put together & looks great 👍 fab value for money. Purchased a chair with arms that lift so chair pushes under the Haven desk making a perfect combo all near and tidy.

I had to wait for the chair to come into stock but I had a phonecall from Michael on the day I ordered to explain that it would take a bit longer than expected and to talk me through my options. I opted to wait on my chosen chair, 121 kept me informed and followed up the few queries I had promptly. The chair was worth the wait and I found 121 very reliable and straightforward to deal with. Great service. The desk I was after was at the lowest price compared to other sites, and despite this particular order not being stated as next day delivery, it virtually was, with full tracking. Communication was excellent too.

I have used 121 office furniture several times now, they have competitive prices and quality products which would suit home/office, small and large offices. Steven always confirms delivery dates, and you get a real sense of importance and customer service from this family business. On the one occasion where the silver base frame had a longer lead time than was shown on the website, Steven got in touch to explain the delay with the manufacturer. He offered a refund but I was happy to wait, and it came into stock again quicker than expected. Every aspect of the service - from ordering, to notifications, to delivery - are what you would expect (but sadly many fail). I would thoroughly recommend Steven and 121officefurniture and I will always check their prices when I'm buying office furniture in the future.

Excellent customer service and prompt next day delivery to Surrey. When I had questions Steven replied promptly and was very helpful. My Cabrini desk was very good value for money and looks lovely too. When I had a slight issue, I got a very prompt response and it was fully resolved promptly without any delay. I can't recommend highly enough. I would certainly buy from 121 Office Furniture again!

Just bought the Ergo 24 Hour Chair Luxury Mesh Back Executive Chair. Communication was good, delivery was quicker that stated and price was also very competitive. Have recommended this site to my work colleagues.

I purchased a Relay mesh chair. It was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable for long periods of use. 121 Furniture were excellent. Easy to order from, great price, and it arrived early. Excellent service and would recommend 121.

I ordered a Marlos mesh office chair for home. The price was the best available, and free delivery. Delivery time was given as up to 4 days which was fine.
