Ordered my tv unit one evening less than 48 hours later was delived to my door at standard delivery rate

Easy to deal with - excellent product at good price. Would certainly use again. My only suggestion is they send out an email saying the item has been despatch - after making the purchase and receiving confirmation of such no further correspondence from 123 - so after 2 days had to ring them to find out when the tv was being despatched, only to be told it was being delivered that day - which it was. Great service I just needed to know it was happening!!

The website was easy to use and the tv stand arrived less than 2 days later. I was very happy with the service as another company who I tried to buy the same tv stand from let me down. Would use them again.

I bought a Toshiba TV from 123 at an unbelievably low price, now fitted in my static caravan and absolutely delighted with delivery in 2 days and cant recommend them enough.

Purchased a white TV and it was nearly half the price from many of the leading stores. Quick postage would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly recommend 123AV to anyone and would definitely use again.
The table is absolutely beautiful and blemish free and worth every penny of the purchase price.
The only issue I have is the very basic assembly instructions which do not identify what fastenings go where. Experience with modern flat pack furniture is essential for assembly. Otherwise five stars for certain.

l'd never heard of 123AV before l started to look for a decent television for the kitchen. Having more or less decided which television would be most suitable (after a lot of browsing on various very well-known sites) l was quite surprised to spot it for sale with them for £50 less than anywhere else - plus free delivery. The reviews were virtually all very good so l decided to trust them & place the order; l did have to email to ask for a delivery date but this was answered very quickly & l only had to wait for a couple of days before it arrived as promised - & l'm absolutely delighted with what l received - a perfect, faultless television complete with manual & remote - with excellent picture plus very clear sound. (Only the box was missing.) l will most certainly go back to 123AV when we want to replace our main set aswell.

Could have done with a shipping eta communication as although it was shipped quickly I didn't know if this would be the case until it arrived.

Purchased a new TV for my son's birthday - ordered on Sunday and arrived within a couple of days. I had a query as the labelling on the TV had a different code than I was expecting so I rang the company to query this - very helpful customer service advisor who talked me through everything.
