Will buy from heer again, very good service

Looked around the various suppliers on line and 123 AV were the cheapest saving me around 10% overall. Service was great and the TV was delivered within 4 days.
Would certainly use this supplier again.

Ordered my TV on Saturday got it delivered on Wednesday, great service.

I originally purchased the TV from Amazon and opted for the 'super fast delivery' which would have been around 2 working days. After 4 days I get a text message saying that the TV that is listed as 'in stock' is actually not in stock and that the price has risen £50 from the original listing. I cancelled the TV and went onto 123AV instead and bought the exact same TV, for £80 less than the Amazon price. Even though it was listed as grade A it is indistinguishable from a brand new TV.

I was extremely surprised because I ordered the TV early on a Friday morning and it actually arrived the very next day on Saturday, which was very impressive.

123AV were able to provide the product I needed due to failure of my aged VCR recorder and DVD player. The device was advertised as Grade A so I was expecting at least signs of wear like scratches and surface damage but externally it looks perfect. I have used it to play both video tapes and DVDs and it works perfectly. I am delighted I came across 123AV on the internet and will call on them first if I need any more Electronic devices

Toshiba TV has lived up to expectations and the service from 123 AV was very good - quick, efficient and good comunications. Would shop with them again.

No issue with ordering from again. TV as described on website. Although in original box it had been opened and repacked. Unit in as new condition (only things missing where the plastic film protectors for edges of TV). Price paid could not be matched by other retailers and not disappointed.

Ordered a Toshiba 32" full hd tv. Due to it being A1 grade it was much cheaper than anywhere else and I was worried that it might not be up to scratch. I need not have worried, apart from it not being packaged in its original box it was perfect! Arrived in just 2 days too! Very pleased.

Ordered a Toshiba TV/DVD combi for my son's bedroom, knew the spec I wanted & found it £40 cheaper with 123av than any other sites. Perfect condition, all original remotes & instructions, came in a plain rather than branded cardboard box, but that was the only sign that it wasn't an absolutely brand new item. We weren't sure about ordering something that might not be in perfect condition that was still quite expensive, but it was worth the gamble. The TV is in perfect working order with only a small dent on the stand and we saved £200.00.
