Faultless deal

I serached for some time for a good value TV and 123AV provided the best deal by far. Ordering, delivery and service 1st class. Highly recommend this conpany and the product (Toshiba 26 inch combi tv). Dont boither with Currys etc, these guys are streets ahead.

Cheapest price for Sony product, beats others by miles. Although you have to pay for delivery it was certainly one of the fastest I have experienced. Recommended++++

Ps the only small criticism I can come up with is that I did not receive any notification that the item had been dispatched , it was a pleasant surprise to receive so quickly though!

Bought a TV, grade A slightly worried but with 123 AV's 7 day no quibble returns I decided to go for it... Glad I did as couldn't be happier, things that I found wrong were; scratch on the back not a big one (I don't watch the back of it) batteries missing, not all 3D glasses supplied but still got 4 sets, manual was on a copied disc rather than the original, overall these slashed the price by over £500 can't complain with that, payment was easy and delivery was quick ordered the Sunday night, by Tuesday morning I had the delivery guy ringing to ask when the best time to deliver, received on the Wednesday :-D, fantastic service and quality product, will order again from 123 AV

Delivery OK. Carrier allowed a bit of squashing and bumping but only a bit of an issue to one of the support cylinders and relatively easily rectified. Assembly instructions fine (but it isn't exactly complicated to assemble)
Goes well with TV.

This was the first time for us to use 123AV. The price quoted for the Toshiba TV was extremely competitive, much cheaper than elsewhere. Other customer reviews seemed to suggest a reliable company, so we placed our order. Everything was as we wished and we're very satisfied customers.

Spoke to the company and found them very helpful. Toshiba 22" TV (grade A) came as described. with no problems. Would be happy to shop again

I ordered the tv one afternoon and it was delivered just over a day later - excellent service. Transaction went very smoothly - no problems. Would recommend anyone to use this company

At first I was a bit wary about buying something that was stated grade A. but when the TV arrived first of all the parcel was on a pallet which impressed me and when I took the TV out of the box I got the wow factor and for the price I paid was money well spent.

Television I ordered arrived quicker than expected and was in the original box, although the box did appear to have been opened before this was not a concern as it is clearly listed on the website as a Grade A product -everything was inside, no parts missing and the television was in perfect condition.Having saved almost £200 pounds compared to the next cheapest price I could find on the internet I would highly recommend 123 AV.
