123 AV 

Having searched many retail outlets for combo tv , we found a 19 inch combo at 123 av ,very competively priced and what we wanted. The delivery was within 2 days every thing was good ,i would use them again if they had a product that i needed.i would recomend them highly.

I bought my TV online in the evening. Got an email the next morning to say it wasn't in stock but offered an upgrade for no extra charge. Took that and it was delivered the next morning! Not in original packaging but that had been stated on the site. No blemishes at all. Got an excellent TV for £200 inc delivery.
Can't fault 123AV in any way and I would recommend to others based om my experience!

We needed to supply a large TV with Full HD for Video Conferencing suite; we need to come in under budget. 123AV provide us with the perfect solution. We were happy and the client more so, everyone happy what more do you want.
Just had to make a call regarding delivery because of the size, so there was a delay in getting it to us in time.

I ordered a TV stand online, easy to use website. The order arrive a coupled of days later.
No problems.
Would happily use again.

Received no email or communication advising delivery date. Contacted them by phone to find out and was told it would be coming the next day, which I'm glad I did, because I was to be out that day, so asked them to put it back to the day after that.

Called them again on the morning of delivery to check again, because still no email to confirm. Was told that it would arrive but couldn't get any time of day, so had to stay in all day and it eventually arrived at 4.30pm.

TV box was in very bad condition and polystyrene carton inside was broken and some accessories were missing. Phones 123AV and was told that it was a Grade A product - which I had assumed meant top class - I didn't know there was a link to explain on the website that it was a previously opened or damaged package or returned item. So a bit of a shock really, but this explained the low price. I thought that I'd found a bargain.

TV works fine, had to go out and buy batteries, because they were missing and can buy the other accessories on line. So pleased with outcome, but would probably buy new from elsewhere in future.

Had a call from 123AV, who apologised for me not having 100% satisfaction and listened very carefully to my problems.
I should have given my mobile number instead of a land line and City Link would have texted me the delivery day. However they are going to review the system, so they are very proactive in ensuring satisfaction for their customers.
They are going to look at making it more obvious that the TV's are Grade A on the website.
As long as you realise that the electronic goods for sale are Grade A, this is a very good place to buy.

After trying various other outlets including a well known one , Trying to get what i want i found this website.

Price was good for what i was after and they ( after a phone call to confirm ) deliver to where i live . May sound a strange claim but believe it or not it's easier to get stuff from the USA & China delivered to the IOW than some of our own companies.

Any way for a very reasonable £10 delivery charge all went smoothly, Ordered Thursday and received my Sony music system the following Tuesday. No problems encountered.

There is always slight trepidation when you order something online that you are not sure about, when the price seems to be too good to be true... However, I need not have worried!! I saved £180 on a 42" LG Cinema TV, with only the game play and clip on glasses missing from the packaging. I call that a bargain... I don't need the clip ons and it is easy to make the game play specs by cannibalising a couple of pairs of cheap 3D glasses.
Delivery took a couple of days, so that was good too.
All in all, a very good buy! Highly recommended.

brilliant service and price, i was very suprised my new lg tv was delivered not just stacked in a van! but standing upright box shrink wrapped on a pallet , the driver was very nice from pall-ex removed the shrink wrap and helped me in the house with the big box and removed pallet ,asi had the option of keeping it! TV packed well undamaged. First time dealing with 123 av recomended highly! WELL DONE!

Perfect. Easy to order, fast delivery

Purchased LG 42" LED 3D TV with good saving. Product arrived quickly enough but despatch information was not recorded on account information so TV actually arrived before it was sent. Confusing if you are trying to plan a day to accept delivery. These guys also use City Link to deliver so all you get from the carrier is a Text " will arrive inbetween 7.30 am and 5.00 pm. This is really a very old hat system these days when the other carriers txt you with an ETA of within an hour slot.
The most concerning aspect of my purchase was that a Generic LG scart adapter was not in the box.This meant that I could not connect up the TV to my Sky box.I also could not buy one from my local dealer, as it was a generic part. Mistakes happen on re-packed items I understand, but when I phoned 123av to ask for the missing part, the female operator tried to convince me the missing TV part was not included, and that if the TV was working that was the end of their responsibilty. I asked to speak to her line manager, who understood the situation, checked the manual and said he would get one sent from LG. So unnecessary grief from the first customer service contact point. It then took a week before the LG part was received, so no Sky for a week.
The TV itself is working fine and was received in good condition, inspite of arriving in a box that was covered in re-packing tape and broken internal polystyrene, which made it look like it had been back a few times.
In my opinion all of the above is fine tuning for a business which is offering a clear benefit to the consumer. Just all needs a bit more attention to detail.

Ordered TV at Midnight on a Sunday, carrier attempted to deliver on a Tuesday which was quicker than I had anticipated. As we were out
a card was left explaining redelivery the next day.TV arrived in good condition everything inside,Nothing missing, no dramas, works perfect highly delighted.

Ordered a DVD/Video Freeview Combi that seemed to be nearly a hundred pounds cheaper than many sites. As I already had one of these already I knew the Combi worked well. Within two days the Combi arrived and was set up and working with ease. Having looked at the 123AV site I know my first port of call in the future.

Could have bought this item from a number of different retailers, at the same price. Plumped for 123AV because they had the shortest lead time on delivery (as it was in the run up to Xmas). I stated this on the order. Next morning I got a call to state that the product would be coming from a 3rd party (I assume UK-CF themselves) and that it could take up to 10 days for delivery instead of the advertised 3-5. With no option, I confirmed the order.
It took 9 days. I might as well have just ordered direcy from UK-CF! Why do people advertise product as though it's ready to ship (i.e. in stock) when it's not?
The experience hasn't built any brand loyalty between us at all.
PS. If you are thinking of buying this product - don't. No way is it worth £300. Finish is poor and panels/laminates are poor quality. You can get better from IKEA for half the price.

I would recommend this company to anyone including customers from Northern Ireland.

My item turned up even quicker than advertised and my communication to 123 AV was answered promptly and courteously. Would recommend.

Never used this company before but was very pleased with my purchase of a flat screen television, arrived extremely quickly
