I ordered ink with 123

I ordered ink with 123 , there was an issue with the product . 123 customer service tried to help but the issue could not be rectified. The company replaced the product . I am most grateful for their efficiency and service, I will be ordering the product again. Excellent value for money and very good customer care experience.

Misleading “Same-Day Dispatch” – Still Waiting After 4 Days

I ordered a printer last Thursday based on what the website clearly states: “Order before 7pm for same-day dispatch.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading.

Four days later there is still no update at all on the delivery status. I’ve called customer service several times because we actually need the printer, and the only response I got was that it’s “somewhere in the warehouse” and hasn’t left yet, and they don’t know when it will be dispatched.

If you cannot honour what you advertise on your website, then you simply shouldn’t say it. Customers rely on that information when making a purchase.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of transparency. At this point I don’t even know when (or if) the printer will actually arrive. Avoid.

Other businesses should take note...

I have been dealing with 123ink for years and in recent times they have really upped their game. They not only offer top quality products and speedy delivery, but this is topped off with some of the best customer service and after sales service you will find today. Really dedicated to customer satisfaction, real humans talk to you (and even call with options if there is likely to be the slightest delay with an order) and they deserve every credit for that in a world that seems to do everything to make customer communications difficult. Highly recommended!

I wanted to buy ink for an old printer…

I wanted to buy ink for an old printer which would only allow the use of a specific brand. On ordering same from the website I got a call from a member of staff to enquire if all was in order and I was particularly pleased that I could choose my preferred delivery method.
He then went on to ask why I chose that particular brand of ink when it was so expensive for so little in a cartridge, and yet again went out of his way to explain to me why my printer wasn't accepting any other brands. He was a very warm, friendly and extremely helpful staff member, the kind of person I would love on my own team. I'm just ragin' that I can't remember his name! To top off this very positive experience - my ink was delivered the very next day!!

Just had a bit of unfortunate…

Just had a bit of unfortunate experience… ordered a week ago and no news of my order. Contacted the company via email and in fairness, they respond quickly. Offered to split the order because 1 item that wasn’t available held back the order.

This wasn’t communicated with me earlier and only because I reached out. So I find the “order by 6pm, ship same day” is misleading.

Otherwise, I don’t think the company is too bad to deal with but they could do better.
