Service above and beyond
I ordered a pool vac from 123 Pools, which got lost in the post. Immediately, and without questioning, 123 Pools sent a replacement (meaning they had two out for delivery but had only been paid for one). This is exemplary customer service. The company has my full, 100% endorsement.

Superb service. Had a problem with a new robotic pool cleaner and spoke with Nick whom promptly sorted out an immediate replacement without any quibbles. Very refreshing to see such a true, honest & customer orientated company and where nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!!!!

Great price with the canopy and…
Great price with the canopy and delivery for the Miami hot tub.
We bought it for cold water therapy mainly rather than hot water. We will enjoy it hot sometimes though.
It's easy to set up and a good size. It's fine for 3 people but 4 would be a bit tight. Delivery was fast with UPS and they actually rang me because my son who was home didn't hear the door being a typical teanager in bed until lunchtime. The canopy was sent as a separate item but I am so glad we got that as a terraced house property it gives some privacy. Ordering was easy and I would recommend 123 Pools.

I am very pleased with my purchase from 123 Pools, however I did find the communication after my purchase somewhat lacking and had to chase them up to find out about tracking it. I would still use them again for further purchases.

Spent a reasonable amount on a 6.6KW…
Spent a reasonable amount on a 6.6KW air-source heat pump. Bit of head scratching getting it connected up to our pool but after a bit of research and also some really prompt replies from Nick on their chat (early on a Sunday morning!), I've got it working and it's doing a great job heating our 18feet above ground pool whilst not breaking the bank on electric bills. Would strongly recommend, very helpful and prompt delivery too.
