It was difficult to get a response
I bought 50 PH strips for pool however there was only 20. The container clearly stated 50, advertised on the web site. i dont like to be told i am wrong. This issue was lather resolved, a further 20 strips was sent in the post.

I want to highlight that we responded to all of your messages within 3 hours, both through our website and PayPal, doing our best to clearly explain what is included in the kit.
Your order was fulfilled correctly based on the product listing, which clearly states that the "Premier Blue Chlorine Tablets with Dispenser and Testing Kit" includes 20 test strips. While the container we shipped the test strips in is a standard one that mentions "50," the actual quantity provided matched what was advertised on our website.
You initially contacted us with only PayPal details, making it difficult to locate your order. Despite this, we went out of our way to investigate and identify your purchase. You then opened a PayPal case and emailed us hinting you would leave a bad review if it was not resolved in your favour. (You left us a bad review anyway) - By the looks of your TrustPilot profile you do this a lot.
Although your claim was not supported by the product description as in the product description it says you get 20 test strips with the kit, we still sent you additional test strips as a goodwill gesture to resolve the situation amicably.
We’re always happy to help and aim to provide clear communication and excellent customer service. However, we believe it’s important to be transparent when feedback doesn't reflect the full picture.

Amazing product and service. We bought a heater for the pool, from the start we received comprehensive and good technical advice. After purchasing we have contacted them several times to get advice and connection to a filter from a different supplier. They were fantastic, they are now our go to people for all things pool. Helpful and genuine service, that I would highly recommend.

Sales advice and after sales support has been exceptional.
I bought a heat pump and from 123pools and I’m into my 3rd season. Before I bought, I had telephone and chat exchange that really helped demystify the process. They advised on power and bypass kits etc. The first pump was a bit damaged inside the box. No problem, changed within days. I had an error this season and the team talked me through some self diagnosis very patiently, eventually booking a service for me which was needed for a broken flow switch. Engineer arrived within 3 days. All covered under normal warranty. Couldn’t ask for more.
