The unit arrived well packaged and on time. I purchased a new Hot tub for my little boy, from ordering to receiving it. It was a little over 25hrs total!! I will definitely recommend this company and use myself again in the future.

Friendly service and quick delivery
The heat pump I purchased ended up being out of stock, but the company contacted me quickly to tell me and were very helpful in recommending alternatives. The delivery was very quick and easy to change dates.

I ordered wrong item, return was required
I messed up and ordered the wrong heatpump for my pool which I only realised on delivery. The customer services helped advising how I could use the heatpump with my setup but after a discussion I decided I wanted to send it back. They were quick to respond to all my emails and were helpful. I got a refund as soon as it was returned.
I would recommend 123pools and will buy from them again in the future. Thanks

Good and Bad !
Sales was very good , no problem , but i have had an issue with setting up the Pool Heater and i have not been able to get any back up to be able to do that .
So , the back up and support has been poor .

Good afternoon, you have only tried to contact us once, we had a missed call from you at 11:44am on 5th Aug, we then WhatAapp you 11:54am on the same same day asking how we can help, you said in your WhatsApp reply to us that you were having issues setting the pool temperature. We then sent you 5 WhatsApp messages explaining how to set the temperature.
I have checked all our other systems, online chat, email, what form and calls and you have not tried to contact us again.
If you are having trouble with your heat pump, please get in contact with us.
