Couldn’t be happier
I had fabulous experience buying from 123 Pools. I was looking for advice on a suitable product that would clean my pool and tried to speak to several companies and had no help until I rang 123 Pools, the man was so helpful and spoke to me personally which resulted in me buying the Pool Blaster pool vacuum that recommended. It arrived and it’s everything he said, just perfect ! Oh and the price was the best on the internet too! I’m over the moon. Thank you so much 😊

We purchased the Flotide 9.6 pool heat…
We purchased the Flotide 9.6 pool heat pump and have been very impressed with the product so far. It is simple to set up and use albeit we found the manual a little over complicated. We are completely new to heat pumps and were a bit overwhelmed at first, so contacted 123 direct a few times to ensure we set up and used the unit properly. Their advice was amazing and super helpful and really simplified the whole process for us. I cannot recommend them enough for their prompt and professional advice. Also, they ensured that we didn’t purchase items we didn’t actually need whereas other companies could have taken advantage. We will definitely use this company again when we are ready to upgrade our pump filter etc and if you are looking to buy a heat pump, buy from this company.

I didn't receive my order on the expected delivery date so I contacted 123 Pool's, who apologised and arranged for me to receive my order next day. The person who dealt with my enquiry, did so speedily and efficiently and I was happy with the service received.
