We have ordered plants with Woonq, they are delivered on time and in very good condition. Just they need to work on their Client services communication (long hold time for call & no response by social media or email). so its 4 start otherwise it would have been 5.

I bought a box spring bed (ORD05070)
3 weeks ago and on the web shop says it takes 1/2 weeks for delivery but after 3 weeks they told me it will be delayed for extra one month. And I spent 3 weeks for nothing and forced to cancel my order. I really disappointed

Update: Almost 7 weeks after placing the order, this is till not resolved. No one follows up on things they promise, always the same old “we didn’t hear from the supplier”. I did not buy the chairs from the supplier, I bought them from you! Last week they said they will handle this immediately and one week later still nothing. Please come pick up the chairs, give me my money back so I can move on with my life. What a joke.
Unacceptable level or service. Got the wrong legs for the chairs, 5 weeks later this is still unresolved while their "supplier" is not able to help out to resolve the situation. Save yourself some headache and order somewhere else. If you have free time on your hand and want to spend time writing emails and wait 3 days for a reply, be my guest (There is no phone number to call). ORD02107.
