Great Customer Service
I have ordered through 12th tribe multiple times and I have loved everything I have purchase I have received. Recently I ordered the wrong item and there was an issue with the website so I emailed customer service. The customer service representative was very quick to respond and helpful.

Watch out for them, if they send you the wrong size, they will tell you it's final sale -- and even if you have screenshots of your receipt and the item page without the words final sale, they will claim it's so and indicate they can only exchange for store credit if you pay additional amounts in the form of various fees. If you return an unworn item from 12th Tribe, they will accuse you of returning it worn and not refund you or not received the return at all when the tracking clearly shows it was returned. This company is out to SCAM you!

Scam site
Shipping was long, clothing was cheap and/or sized wrong. They deduct shipping and handling from your return item but YOU have to pay for a carrier service to send the return back. Then they don't refund you acting like they never got the return!! Hello, tracking number. Never trust this company, it's a scam!
