Easy return

I had an item come damaged, and it was super easy to request a refund. The person of contact for my refund gave me 100% of my money back with an additional discount to use for my next purchase. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service!!

Excellent Customer Service!!

I reached out and got assistance from Milly who helped me with an issue regarding a belt that I had just received. One of the loops on the belt had broke off and it looked like someone tried replacing it with wire. Milly was so kind and stated that she would send another one ASAP! I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future and recommending this place to all of my girlfriends! 🤍

Great customer service

Great customer service. The staff was super helpful and attentive. They helped pull super cute styles that suited my taste and event. Everything fit well and true to size. Quality was good for the price. Highly recommend 12th tribe for a festival or special event.

Great customer service, quick response

I’ve only purchased one item from this brand and it arrived damaged. However, their customer service was amazing! I got an email response within a few hours and the issue got resolved quickly. Would definitely purchase additional items from them.

Horrible Quality Clothing

I hardly ever write reviews, but wanted to let buyers beware that the quality of the pants I received is awful. The pants are extremely thin and see-through, they are already piling in some areas and I haven’t even worn them, and they were $50 (on sale), so I am unable to return them per 12th Tribe’s policies and customer service. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

BEST customer service

BEST customer service! Thank you so much to Brenda, Milly, Sheela, Marianne & Jamille for all of their help with exchanges of items via email and also helping me with getting my items in time for Stagecoach! So appreciative of all of their help!
Oh and not to forget that the clothing and accessories are so stylish, fun and great quality! Trust me, I’ve ordered enough items from 12th tribe to be able to confidently say all of this!
Can’t wait to tag you guys in my Stagecoach outfits! Thanks!

This company was so sweet to work with! They answered all my questions, were polite, never got annoyed, and helped me with my return process! I appreciate all the help so much! Will definitely recommend and work with this company again!!

All sale items are final sale

Purchased a pair of pants that were on sale, not marked final sale, and they showed up and were very poor quality. I tried to process a return and they told me that "sale marked items" are all final sale. So why bother even calling them sale as opposed to final sale? Its deceitful and bad business. Now were out the money and left with a terrible product. Reached out on chat where they informed me that since they were such a "great deal" they can't accept returns. Based on the deceitful return practices, product, and customer service, I would absolutely not recommend 12th Tribe.

So my package was not delivered to my…

So my package was not delivered to my home last Saturday I was told to wait 5 days and I could get them reshipped, but it would have not came in time for the festival I was going to attend. I had the great displeasure of talking with a customer service representative named Maeve who informed me that Although I provided legitimate proof that the package was delivered no where near my home I would have to wait up to SIXTEEN days for them to conduct an investigation that was already pretty clearly cut that the package was not delivered. This was my first time ordering and seriously my last. They stated we need package insurance for a refund, which feels scammy because if we receive the package do we get a refund for the insurance? answer is no. The second rep Ellie however was absolutely amazing and super kind.

One time exchange

I purchased a final sale top in the wrong size and emailed customer service to see if there was any way I could exchange it. They were kind enough to grant me a one time exchange for store credit! I was not aware I would not get the full amount I paid for the item back in store credit so I probably would have kept the item had I known, but it was still very kind of them to grant me the option.
