Length of delivery time too long
From ordering the items to receiving them took way to long over 3 months, there was no communication to say we should expect to wait this long, only communication was when I chased up.
One of the items sent out was wrong but they contacted me and that was sorted.

I am very disappointed with my stuff…
I am very disappointed with my stuff who ever did deal with us needs to read emails/texts messages and remember what was said as half the team got some initials on and other half didn’t it was stated that everyone would have this on, we just look abit odd now as a team, me personally... I’m very disappointed as this was massive mistake on 1895sports... also sizing was big as well...

The customer service people are helpful but the despatch is quite slow. The opening hours of the shop (in normal times) mean that it’s a struggle to try on the clothes - they are only open 9-5pm on weekdays - which doesn’t allow for trying the clothes on. Perhaps consider weekend opening to support working parents.

Thank you for your review and we take all comments on board to continually improve and ensure our business gets better. In response, we did agree an order window with the club which meant that a delivery period was agreed and due to COVID we, as all businesses, are not able to open to the public.
