Communication could be better
Happy with product but poor communication- other than confirmation when order was first placed there was no indication of shipping date or update on the order , I chased the order after a few weeks and did get a reply to say orders are normally 4 weeks , received it at 4 1/2 weeks but would have been good to be told this when ordering and be kept informed rather than having to chase and wondering where it is

Very good but took a long time to arrive!
Products are really good but took a long time to arrive to me and didn’t get any emails throughout the process to tell me how my order was getting on apart from when I placed the order and when it arrived. So maybe sending emails to keep buyers updated on the progress of their order would be beneficial. Apart from that everything is brilliant!!
