Had a virtual office
Had a virtual office - paying monthly. They just changed conditions to pay yearly in one go, hid the information about it at the bottom of a non important email then took the money from my account 220 euros without any prior warning. Now I am stuck using them for the next year as a virtual office. Keep away - absolute pain.

Be aware of choosing 1Office as your…
Be aware of choosing 1Office as your external partner.
1. Unreasonable and untrustworthy high monthly pricing;
2. Mainly money orientated, unpersonalised services;
3. Unexpected extra costs;
4. Obligated contracts with fines;
5. Lack of fast- solution orientated communication.
6.No customer loyalty
Initially the entry and to start up the company went all smooth. The introduction felt all good. Unfortunately the problems were piling up once the trail period of 3 months was over, á €75 a month.
After this period 1Office is promising a ‘customised solution based on the needs of their clients’. I received two offers from two different departments within the organisation, this was €150 ex vat and €265 ex vat. Two invoices were sent because this was miscommunicated they said. Both prices are extremely high, due to no income yet as a starter, having a few to no invoices a month and seen my business activities. Also take in consideration the GDP-ppp which is lower than other Western countries, but the hourly tariffs are equal or higher in lots of cases if you compare it to other western- agencies. Especially for small companies or start ups.
In the first 6 months I didn’t have any income as a starter and only a couple invoices to nothing. In these months it is an obligation to pay the monthly costs, even if you don’t have any administration. But once the bookkeeping is hand- in 1 day too late, you will get ‘fined’ by 2 hours of extra work. Which is €75 ex vat x 2 = €150 ex vat. This accounts just for a couple invoices. This is unreasonable and seen too black- white. There is no customer loyalty. Furthermore this was not communicated a head, so the extra costs came as a total surprise to me. More surprises did happen when I did hand- over the business travel reports. I asked them only to fill in the date if it’s worth the time. Without further communication a head I took 2 hours of labour extra. Which needed to be paid without any further discussion of course. Furthermore, if you forget to hand in 1 invoice. Also extra costs are expected.
Seen the lack of fast- solution oriented communication. It takes a long time before solutions come up. For example explanation if you want to hand- over the administration to another company. This could be explained in 1 e-mail instead of long mail traffic and writing extra invoices for this.
Once you want to terminate the contract/ stop the business there are extra unexpected high fines.
To work with an external partner felt never so unpersonal and unreasonable as with 1Office. Within this company you are just a number, need to pay your overcharged / unexpected bills and keep your mouth shut. Nothing more than simply throwing a way your money or building up a sustainable relationship.

What hypocrisy!
What hypocrisy, it really doesn't get any stupider than that! After so many bad reviews, just quickly tell other people to rate it with five 5 stars. That's just corrupt and I'm simply speechless. An absolute mess and simply the lowest level for a company. A real disgrace for the country of Estonia!

FAST. EFFICIENT. FRIENDLY.
Just had an exceptionally good experience with 1Office around the submission of my annual reports. They compensated for my lack of speed with reminders and working very quickly to finalise and submit. They are unfailingly efficient and friendly. Shout out to Jekaterina who makes everything possible for me.

Great service!
I have opened my UK company through 1Office. Joseph has helped me so much with my invoicing too. Everything was clear and went well. Even on striking off my company, he has helped me through everything. If I ever open a new UK company, I will definitely choose 1Office again. Great service!

Shout out to Berit Janson from the 1Ofiice team
I recently had the opportunity to work with Berit Janson for a consulting meeting. Berit was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process; she was great at explaining even the most complex of topics in a way that was easy to understand, and she offered detailed yet concise advice on the subject. Berit was also very patient and understanding; she was quick to answer any questions I had, no matter how simple or complex, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Berit's help and support during the consulting meeting and would highly recommend her services.

1Office - xenophobia, bundling, extortion, upselling, anything for €
1Office decided that my services need to be discontinued based my country of birth (even if I'm European), unless I buy more services and engage them for more money (bundling). When I refused buying the bundled services they made a badly written report to the court, in order to remove my address from their business, by untrained staff which put in doubt my company's compliance with AML act. They had to rectify this report to the court because of the mistake they did.
Then they offered to pay back the service fees only with the condition of signing a wavier they sent, after my threat with a law suit
The wavier reads:
I am the undersigned etc,....
I promise not to release any information that could damage the reputation and/or goodwill of
1Office Estonia OÜ and not initiate any legal actions against 1Office Estonia OÜ by any
means for any reasons.
(Waiver and email screenshots available)
The managers were made aware of everything and these decisions and communication were prepared at Estonian branch management level
Personally I felt discrimsted against, unsupported, threatened.. They were acting in order to upsell more services and take more money which will have any company owner destabilised especially for a remotely registered company..

Competitive price and professional service
We have used 1Office services (accounting, virtual office) for several years and are very happy with their service. Competitive price and professional service.
Acceptable updates service, horrible accounting service
Good:
Bought the registered agent and office service past year, in December. It's priced according to market.
It includes getting notified of changes made like the lasts changes in regulation by email. At least that time. They offered services to update company registry as needed, very expensive ones tho as they were pretty much trivial to do.
Bad:
I wasn't able to change by any means the email I firstly registered with. Not even contacting support. It can't be done. You can just add new users. That sucks so much. I mean, their website is not good in functionality.
Very bad:
Then I got the accounting service for extra 65+vat monthly, It's kind of market priced. At that time I had like 2 sales invoices and <10 purchase invoices.
I explained every small single detail to the accountant I got assigned (An**). I got contacted by her 10 days after payment. I triggered it asking support, if not, probably I would be still waiting.
I had to contact support to be able to see new functions in the web. I could see then only my purchase invoices, that's it. No other information, no sales invoices, no reports, no status, no taxes no nothing.
Horrible:
I just waited for the first deadline to send VAT reports to emta. Deadline met. I presented the reports MYSELF 1 day after the deadline. At this point, what was I paying for? I'm I receiving any service for the payment? can I trust them to do the annual report? I'm able to stop doing myself the accounting in parallel, just in case? no, no and no.
Will they report VAT next month (today is 11, still no notice or answer to emails from An**)? probably not.
Off course, emails take looooong to get a response from the accountant. If ever. I asked her 3 times already where could I see any reporting, results or just a dashboard of the current company status. No response. I even asked her if the VAT reporting I did was ok. I got a response 5 days later stating "yes, it's ok, I always check". Nice. But I pay not for you to check but for you to do the work and enable me to forget about accounting LOL.
I've even checked the Estonian holidays to check if I was missing some strange vacation period there, you can imagine.
Conclusion:
Anything you don't feel comfortable doing, try to hire an accountant by yourself in hourly basis. At least you will get some actual accountancy hours dedicated, instead of pretty much... nothing. And never, ever, stop doing your accountancy even if you hire 1Office.
Update 1 moth later:
I needed to hire a new accountant by myself, as no service was being provided at all. The new accountant was curious as how the tax reports could be so obviously wrong filled. I removed my accountancy service from the provider after paying for several months for it. No tax filled, no taxes verified, no accountancy reports or any other document or information was provided.
1office Sweden team is A+
We've been working with Kerttu Kaar and her team for the last 3 years and it's been a great experience. Kerttu is quick to reply, easy to understand, and always delivers on-time anything we request.
We worked with others at 1office in the past and always considered taking out business elsewhere, but since Kerttu has taken over we have been very pleased.
The best company to work with!
The best company to work with! Will solve any question and give a recommendation.
I got an unreasonably overpriced offer and then just ignored
UPDATE from 21.10.2022:
I believe I need to be fair and make a small update here. After my initial complain a representative reached out to me with big apologies, so far I understand everything can happen and I don't have any hard feelings for a late response. What is still painful is the non-transparent pricing model (and it seems common in SME accounting industry), which leads you to the question, FOR WHAT exactly I am paying and WHY that much? Sadly, my current experience only strengthened that feeling of "too less value for too high price".
-----
I was looking for a #bookkeeping and #accounting service for two small private companies I run. One has been just started and doesn't have operations yet. Zero invoices, 2-3 business expenses per month. The second one is active for a year, it has ONE customer, ONE monthly invoice, a few business expenses per month. Monthly state tax and VAT declarations are mandatory even when zero, yes. No employees, no payrolls - I manage all payouts for myself thru internet bank, including state taxes. Kinda very modest and no significant difference between the two.
I eventually reached out to 1Office Group because I found their offering pretty much affordable, plus 'fully automated' which is really important, you don't need to reach out every time you need in invoice issued, you can upload your expenses and forget about those, well, who doesn't love automation.
And yes, a representative contacted me, I provided the details and soon thereafter I have got a price offer. Which was same 65 euros for a company not yet active. And over 3x times higher price for the second one.
Oh well, hmmmmm, I wrote in reply, can you please give me a price breakdown to understand such a huge difference in prices? At the end, can one extra invoice per month really cost 3x times more? Given that everything is "fully automated", I might even suppose that I might be able to generate the invoice myself.
That was on September 2nd. I checked with them once again on September 6th. Today is September 14th. I haven't got ANY answer yet, no out-of-office reply, nothing. It feels like they just ignored, forgot and silently banned me whatsoever. Super nice customer experience.
