Selling my property with Matthew Amos was a breeze. From proving in-depth documents about my flat in the current market, to finding buyers and through the selling process.

He was always there to handle questions, chase up solicitors and provide communications from myself to the buyer and vis versa

I had my mid term visit from Phoenix at 1st Avenue just to check the property is being looked after. All went perfectly and it's so comfy at my new apartment in Croydon. Phoenix was great he followed up with a call and an email of the visit....thanks Phoenix.

Since 11th of May 2009 1st Avenue Avenue have been looking after my London GMV property portfolio. I would first of all like to thank Paul Endacott and his team for an excellent job through the years. Recent I got to deal with Josh, and he blew me away with his attitude attention to detail and "massive hands on approach". Most of my portfolio is in the south West of the UK and West of Ireland and I don't get to London very often. So I depend on Josh and the team at 1st Avenue to make sure that tenant management is seamless and a lot can go wrong /amiss especially at pre check in for the new tenants. Josh personally oversaw the painting and decorating of the latest property to switch tenants, as well as acquiring matteress, microwave and various bits and pieces. And then he sent me a video, just to reassure me that it was all fine. That bit just there is worth a million dollars. So thank you Joshua and your team. Best wishes John Griffin

I have been a happy tenant of 1stAvenue in North Greenwich for over 2 years now. We have been through various issues, but they have become way better now. Frankie was really helpful in securing a rental property for us.

Whilst he was away the rest of the team filled in appropriately also.

My experience working here was extremely negative from day one. On my first day, I was late due to the lack of staff parking. Despite raising this issue immediately, a staff member later claimed I hadn’t addressed it, which was untrue. The workplace environment was hostile, unwelcoming, and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I was dismissed via text message without any proper discussion of the issues I had raised, including serious concerns about inappropriate behaviour from the branch manager. In addition, my car was not added to the parking system as promised, which resulted in multiple parking tickets. These escalated into court fines, and when I raised this with management, their response was essentially dismissive, telling me I should have paid them earlier — with no acknowledgement of their failure to register my car in the first place.

Overall, this company demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic duty of care. The entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and negatively affected. I would not recommend working here.
